They had been gone perhaps 10 minutes. I was yelled at over the phone that I didn't know what I was talking about...that those are natural fissures. I was also told I didn't understand that this thing came out of the side of a mountain and it would have natural inconsistencies. Well to me it didn't look like a natural occurrence...but they never addressed it with me. Extremely dismissive when I called, and nobody ever came to look at it even though they promised they would. Sight unseen they called it a fissure. Does it look like a fissure? I don't know...to ME it looks like a long scratch. But nobody ever came to inspect it. I'm actually writing this review now as I have had plenty of time to cool off and write with honestly and not let my anger fully invade my writing. Feel like I was treated very unprofessionally. What company argues with a client over the phone like that? Very rude.

Just when I thought I was done looking for my countertops, I decided to give this place a try on my…read moreway home from work one day. When I walked in they had several pieces of slab remnants to pick from and I quickly and easily picked one that met my requirement and taste. I called the business and told them that I was going to purchase from them. The owner came to take measurements and my sink. Three weeks after that I got a call with a date they were coming to install my countertop. When they came they actually built a template out of wood and took that template out to my driveway and cut the piece of granite right there! They installed my undermount sink but they also have some available to purchase at a great price. They are available in bisque and white in rectangular and round I believe. The husband and wife team did all of the work themselves and they were amazing! They are from Romania and they were wonderful to talk to and I got great travel advice for a future trip there! I would absolutely give them my business again and I highly recommend them to anyone needing to have granite countertops installed.

Great experience! My…read morehusband and I recently remodeled our kitchen and when it came time to do the counters this place was a breath of fresh air to work with. After visiting several counter companies and feeling like none were the right fit I decided to stop by ramsier. I called ahead before visiting and was pleasantly surprised that they had the actual slabs to view. I showed up and worked with the owner to show the layout and come up with an estimate. Then he showed me the slabs. By the second one I knew what I wanted. After that they scheduled a time to template. My cabinets took a little longer so I called and rescheduled the template that was easy to do. On the template day they came out as promised and spent about an hour explaining the process and asking questions to make sure the layout was the way I wanted. It took 2 weeks before they came back to install which was half the time other companies at suggested to me. On instal day they arrived on time and were professional. They took care in keeping the process clean. The installation went great and the counters look beautiful. Communication was great and everyone was nice to work with!
