I visited Prosource a couple of times in the past (ordered carpeting, tile, and hardwood flooring)…read morethrough them in the past) and saw that they now had Glass Shower doors (and we were in the market for new shower doors!) . I requested a quote and followed up a few times...never did receive the final quote (I received one quote but it was the wrong frame material and there was supposed to be a corrected quote...that I never received" AND the quote did not have any approximate measurements on it so I could not accept it as ut was submitted anyway...strange that it was EXTREMELY (3x the cost) expensive compared to the custom glass quotes (2) I received. (I suspect the dimensions that the company quoted were incorrect but there wasn't anything written on the quote) The last I heard (SEPT 2) was "We have a new Basco representative, our pricing must come from but he has not gotten back to me yet. As soon as I receive it, I will get the quote over to you. Sorry for the delay. " I never followed up after that. The reason I go to Prosource is they have a list of decent installers (at least for flooring and tile) And the people working at ProSource used to be extremely knowledgeable....I did not get that impression this time.

One star because YELP doesn't allow zero. **BUYER BEWARE** DO NOT USE THIS CARPET WHOLESALER…read more As I write this, I have had padding and exposed tack strip throughout my entire living area of my home because the salesman at Prosource can't read basic measurements and do simple math to correctly order carpet for a room. He failed to order enough carpet to cover it, so when the installer came out it was a foot and a half short. THEN they wanted to charge me almost $700 MORE to reorder it correctly. Meanwhile all my furniture has been sitting outside under a tarp for 2 days while I tried to resolve this with them. Horrible customer service. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. There are many places you can but carpet. Go ANYWHERE but here.

They took a 45 minute lunch each day. They worked less than 5 hours each day. They did not have all the necessary tools with them. They needed to come back days later to cut a door. I didn't notice the door until afterward. Someone started to cut the door but cut the top instead of the bottom. I wasn't looking up to inspect a flooring job. Trash everywhere. Used utility knife blades left on the fireplace mantle, the kitchen counters, the window sills, down in the floor registers, on the stairs, and on the floor in the corner of two rooms. We're glad we found them all before my stepson or the dogs did. They dropped cuttings into several of the floor registers and swept in quite a bit of sawdust into one of them. The front landscaping was littered with cuttings and my black mulch is now sawdust beige. Spent part of the weekend cleaning it out. The trash from someone's lunch was left in the driveway at the end of the last day like it had been kicked under the truck. We've been doing a lot of remodeling of this house since we bought it including a gut of the kitchen and a bathroom, carpeting on the stairs, and flooring throughout. This was the worst by a wide margin. Even the kitchen guys didn't leave as much of a mess and they did a lot of demolition, sawing, and drywall work.

The second was a repair on another project. This fence was already in place and one that was not installed by Wiler Fence Company. We had a leaning fence. Nate provided a quote over the phone, explaining what might need to be done. When the work was done, we called Nate to ask why we did not get an invoice even though he completed the work. Nate explained he was able to repair it without the need to replace any of the posts and there would be no charge. Wow! Needless to say, we will be recommending Wiler Fence Company to everyone we know and will using them on any future new fence installation. I purchased a home built in 1964 that needed to be brought to 2015. As a Realtor, I know what my house will ultimately sell for once updated. My need to stay within budget was important. I priced a big box store. Mediocre cabinets, low end granite and a 7-8 week timeframe was presented. A friend told me I had to check out US marble & granite before I made a decision and I'm so glad I did. From the time I walked in the door I was impressed. I was introduced to the owner and what he showed me behind the design center was an area where all of the custom cabinetry is made and the largest selection of granite, marble & quartz I've ever seen! I explained my need for a new kitchen, my wants, and my budget. They helped me design a custom kitchen exactly as I wanted. Everything I mentioned along the way was met with the response "we can do that". When it was time to install the cabinets and granite the gentleman who showed up at my door were as professional and courteous as the owner. There were issues during the install with my home (plumbing) and they took care of that as well! The time frame from start to finish was short and today I'm looking at a gorgeous custom Kitchen I never would have achieved anywhere else. I've learned that people want to do business with those the know, like and trust. US Marble & Granite will continue to have my business (bathrooms next!) and always my referrals. After shopping around various vendors, we decided on US Marble and Granite based upon the selection of the stone and pricing. Jenna assisted us in selection and was extremely knowledgeable about their product offering. She was generous with her time and directed us to slabs that met the criteria we were shopping for. After the selection and measurement, she assisted us with the lay out of how the stone would be cut. Additionally, the owner of the store, Maher, came over and assisted us with the template lay out. Being a novice to the industry, I very much appreciative they took the time to make professional recommendations as to how the stone should be installed. Not only did they provide useful insight, but Maher pointed out tiny flaws of the stone we selected and recommended we choose a stone from the same lot. Needless to say, I was grateful he made this recommendation since that miniscule flaw may have bothered me on such a major purchase. Additionally, I am so grateful he pointed this out and didn't attempt to be rid of a piece that might otherwise not have been as desirable. Installation was prompt and courteous and they were able to accommodate a tight time line we had. I have been doing business with Maher and this company for 17 years. When it came time for us to choose granite for our new home there was no question where we would go. The staff is respectful, responsive and tries to make the experience as positive as possible for their customers. They work best one on one and spend the time necessary to answer all questions. Just so happens I was one of the "two people talking about a social topic in the office" yesterday when Cathy C and her husband walked into the showroom. The conversation I was having with the staff had barring on my order and to be honest I would have been offended and quite frankly angry had my staff member interrupted my business to assist the couple who "Just walked into the showroom". Patience is a well respected virtue. Having worked with US Granite and Marble as long as I have I would have been happy to wait 5 minutes for my turn to have their undivided attention. We find their inventory selections to be very classy and elegant (the best in the Cleveland area); and their pricing to be very competitive. In addition to buying here for our own home, we send all our clients to Maher & his team. They do a good job of working with you to get it right, from selection to installation. The owner, Maher, offered great suggestions and guided me through the remodel of my kitchen and two bathrooms. His input, coupled with the quality of workmanship his staff produced, resulted in outstanding final projects. I could not be more pleased. The inventory is unique and extensive. This place offers much more than "marble and granite". It is a "one stop shop" and consequently my projects flowed beautifully.
