US Marble & Granite

The team at US Marble and Granite is wonderful at educating the consumer on which stone to choose…read morefor their home. I don't know about you, but before being introduced to USMG, I didn't know the difference between Marble, Granite, quartz, etc.... I didn't understand the value of having CUSTOM cabinets, as opposed to just picking out a cabinet from a catalog. They take the time to design a space around your life, your needs, your DREAMS. Having a conversation with Maher (the owner) about stone or cabinetry will reveal the passion he has for his business. Having someone take such care in the design of your house, as he would his own, is difficult to find. I guarantee, in choosing US Marble and Granite, you will receive just that. This team is the most honest, knowledgeable, hardworking, patient, and kind team in the business. I definitely recommend stopping in to see all they have to offer!

We have used US Marble and Granite for the third time for kitchen and bathroom renovations. Maher…read moreand his staff are exceptional at what they do. The inventory of stone is extensive and each unique and beautiful in their own way. This particular remodel was during the COVID 19 shut down. They went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule, make special arrangements to view and select our stones. Template to installation was a five day turnaround. Please don't hesitate to call Bryan or anyone of their knowledgeable staff when your looking for a unique product. The time and attention to detail equals outstanding service and a spectacular finished product. George and Kim Sterle

We loved using this company! We definitely got the family business vibes from them. They showed…read morethey really cared through every step of the kitchen remodeling process. Accurate, responsive and polite. Their lead installer was a real pleasure to work with. Would recommend!

We hired Kitchen Solvers of Greater Cleveland to remodel our kitchen. There were red flags from…read morethe very first that we should have noticed. First, the contract. It is very cumbersome and demands 90% of the money before the job is completed. That being said there were many issues. Jay is not a man of his word. He told us many things that simply didn't happen in a timely manner. His workmanship is not good. We have 3 very glaring issues; a large gouge in the sink, a hole where the countertop does not meet the wall, and braces under the bar that show. It would be major to repair these mistakes. We will live with them. In August, before we signed the contact, we told Jay not to start the project unless he could get it finished before the Thanksgiving holiday. We were in no hurry and said he could start in January of 2024. We had a house full of company coming for Thanksgiving and we were also celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. Jay told us this would not be a problem. He assured us as time went by that he would be done the Friday before Thanksgiving. The week before Thanksgiving Jay came several days, late morning or early afternoon and worked well into the night. Of course, he asked us if this was OK and we naturally said yes because we were running out of time to finish the kitchen. One night he stayed until midnight. The job was finally competed the Monday before Thanksgiving at 8:30PM. Jay does not communicate. There were times when we didn't see him or he was here for a short period of time for several days. There was plenty of time to complete the job if they had worked. He originally told us the countertop would not be a problem as it was made in house and took from 2 to 3 days. Our countertop took 7 days and then was not correct. The Plumber came to do what he had to do and not only was Jay not here but neither was the countertop or sink. There were also extra costs that we did not expect. Jay originally told us the quoted price was all inclusive. We had issues with the backsplash and the sink faucet which added $775 to the cost. Naturally Jay said neither of these was his problem. We disagree. After completing the job, we had a list of issues that could be fixed. They came and fixed what they could. They still had to replace a damaged door which Jay told us would take a few days. Two and a half weeks later we had not heard from him so I called corporate Kitchen Solvers and that afternoon I hear from Leslie. This is the first time in our 80 years of life that we have published a negative review. Just be careful if you are considering Kitchen Solvers (Jay) for your remodeling project. Our experience was not good. If you want more information you can get our number from Jay. If he refuses to give it to you, it is an indication that the above is correct. George and Joyce Smith

I visited Prosource a couple of times in the past (ordered carpeting, tile, and hardwood flooring)…read morethrough them in the past) and saw that they now had Glass Shower doors (and we were in the market for new shower doors!) . I requested a quote and followed up a few times...never did receive the final quote (I received one quote but it was the wrong frame material and there was supposed to be a corrected quote...that I never received" AND the quote did not have any approximate measurements on it so I could not accept it as ut was submitted anyway...strange that it was EXTREMELY (3x the cost) expensive compared to the custom glass quotes (2) I received. (I suspect the dimensions that the company quoted were incorrect but there wasn't anything written on the quote) The last I heard (SEPT 2) was "We have a new Basco representative, our pricing must come from but he has not gotten back to me yet. As soon as I receive it, I will get the quote over to you. Sorry for the delay. " I never followed up after that. The reason I go to Prosource is they have a list of decent installers (at least for flooring and tile) And the people working at ProSource used to be extremely knowledgeable....I did not get that impression this time.

One star because YELP doesn't allow zero. **BUYER BEWARE** DO NOT USE THIS CARPET WHOLESALER…read more As I write this, I have had padding and exposed tack strip throughout my entire living area of my home because the salesman at Prosource can't read basic measurements and do simple math to correctly order carpet for a room. He failed to order enough carpet to cover it, so when the installer came out it was a foot and a half short. THEN they wanted to charge me almost $700 MORE to reorder it correctly. Meanwhile all my furniture has been sitting outside under a tarp for 2 days while I tried to resolve this with them. Horrible customer service. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. There are many places you can but carpet. Go ANYWHERE but here.
