Beginning with our initial consultation with Cathy Zambrzycki during Thanksgiving week 2015, we have experienced nothing but professionalism and the highest quality materials and workmanship from your company. Cathy was able to design a kitchen make-over that transformed the most important room in our home. She patiently helped us navigate the blizzard of choices: shape, design, materials, color, etc. Chris Osborne communicated regularly with schedule changes as the work progressed. Gary and Ken installed our cabinets in February. No detail received anything less than meticulous care with measurements, adjustments and finishing touches. Ken spent extra time to frame and cover a fan exhaust that was behind upper cabinet doors. He didn't want us to have to see exposed ductwork ... even on the rare occasion we might open those doors. Cambria manufactured and installed our quartz countertops that provide a luxury finish to our kitchen. Bill measured and installed our flooring with micrometer precision. Supply pipes that pierce the floor look as if they were inserted with a shoehorn ... after the floor was finished. And those pipes are visible to no one. His work on the backsplash of subway tile and mosaic approaches classical sculpture. Most of the work was finished in March. However, there were a few hanging items with fit or function. We had to wait until May to correct the damage to the island skins that were the result of Cambria's installation procedures. On May 12 Brad remedied the final problems with the same exceptional craftsmanship as all the previous Justice personnel. Each and every member of your staff displayed courtesy, consideration, patience and professional expertise. They treated our home with the utmost respect at every step of the process. While the process was longer than we expected, we are extremely please with the result. My wife and I have an updated kitchen with the appearance, features and functions we wanted. We can't say enough about our experience with Justice & Co. We recently redid our patio and built a bar off one end of a shed structure my husband built. We had been searching for a granite countertop for 4 months. After visiting about 6 places, nothing seemed to really catch our eye. It was also questionable as to how the other places would finish and treat it. Finally, in November, we were referred to Justice & Co. by a friend whom had a kitchen redo. We went to check it out! What a gorgeous showroom! The granite counter top that we chose completed the whole project. Cindy Woods has a real designers eye for style and color. She knew we were set on certain colors and she tailored our search to that. We brought a sample of our slate used for the base of the bar and we spent a good while in the "granite yard" seeing so many gorgeous pieces to choose from. When we came upon the "chosen piece," it just jumped out at us. We knew it would be perfect for our counter top. Although it was a bit more pricey than we had anticipated, we went for it because it really was a unique granite piece with so much character. According to my husband, the installers were professional and careful through the whole process. I really like that the company communicates regularly with the client and there is a "team effort" with their staff. As I read other reviews I need to say that we had a completely different experience. Architectural Justice was absolutely wonderful to work with. We had them fabricate two granite countertops last year for a condo that we were updating. We also purchased the sinks from Architectural Justice and my husband installed the new countertops without problem. We were so pleased with that experience (May 2012) that we returned to Architectural Justice this summer when we planned to remodel 3 bathrooms and a kitchen in our home. Being diligent we did obtain estimates at another granite company. Architectural Justice gave us a better price (25% lower) for the initial bathroom countertop of remnant granite. The staff (Stacey) was wonderful in helping us pick out granite (remnants for the bathrooms) and full slab for the kitchen to match our existing cabinets and floor tiles. They were spot on with their estimates of cost (just over $4000) and the timeline for installation. The crew that came to install the kitchen granite were on time, quite knowledgable and professional. Architectural Justice called to follow up and ensure that the installation met our expectations as did the end result. We had a great experience with Architectural Justice and Elizabeth Olson. When we came into Architectural Justice, we had some thoughts about how we wanted to remodel our kitchen. Elizabeth listened to us and came up with multiple ideas. What we ended up with has exceeded our expectations. Our kitchen reflects our personality perfectly. Everyone we worked with at Architectural Justice was professional and personable. The custom cabinets are very well made, and we love the color. We also love the unique granite, and appreciated the opportunity during the templating process to choose which pieces would be placed in the various parts of the kitchen. The idea to attach the rounded table to the sink cabinet is one of our favorite features, and we would not have thought to do that had we not seen Elizabeth's vision for the room. The pedestal underneath is a work of art. Elizabeth also guided us in the selection of light fixtures, chairs, and artwork for the room. We were so happy with the kitchen that we worked with Elizabeth to update our half bath as well, which also turned out beautifully. my husband and i did alot of research before deciding on justice & company, they were the first company we went to and ended up being the last. we found them to be very professional, very helpful, and best of all they were not pushy with us! we made it clear in the beginning we were shopping around and they respected that. our sales rep. andrea colburn was more than helpful on everything we had questions for. also everyone we encountered were so friendly. they had a good selection of granite to choose from on site which was a deciding factor for us, we found something we liked and got to see it first hand without having to drive to a warehouse.price wise they were a bit higher than most we checked with, mostly for labor cost, but they worked with us on that. i would definetly recommend justice & co. thanks justice for your honesty and professionalism! sincerely, keri and dana miller read more

We had a great experience with Justice and Company. Our salesgirl, Andrea Colburn, was very helpful as she oversaw our granite from beginning to finish. We were on a time crunch and they delivered with a smile! I had visited other companies in the Cleveland area and was unhappy with the way they cut the granite. The other companies stated to us that they cut the granite as they see fit - it was not our decision. But Justice and Company let me oversee the chalking (layout) and change it so I could see all of the beauty in the granite. I am more than pleased! We are dealing with Justice now for the third time within a two year period. I cannot say enough good things about Justice. Our salesperson, Elizabeth Olson, was very helpful and professional with us which made our decision making easier. We never dealt with granite before and were completely ignorant about it but she guided us through the whole process. Our experience was flawless from our salesperson to the people who did the installation to the receptionist at the front desk. Not one time did I ever have a person not be nice to me when we went to the showroom or called on the phone. . I have worked with Justice and Company twice for granite work. The first was for our kitchen counters and the second for our shower bench in our bathroom. On both occasions all of the staff from the sales consultants to the installers are polite, courteous and professional. They always called to confirm appointments and were always on time. They respond quickly to questions and problems. We had Justice & Co. update our kitchen with new granite counters and a tile backsplash. Elizabeth was wonderful at helping us choose granite that complemented and updated our decor. The great selection of slabs made it difficult to choose, but Elizabeth was patient and gave us a great deal of time on multiple trips to select the right pieces. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The only thing that could have been better was the scheduling. It would have been better to have had more time (2 days) allocated for the installation of both the granite and the tile. The guys were rushed and a few minor issues came up. Justice & Co made & installed a bathroom granite sin-ktop for us per my drawing. They had a large selection to choose from and were prompt and courteous. I provided my own "template" (drawing) and thus saved the cost of a trip for them to come out and measure. Other sources wouldn't sell granite w/o their measurement, unless I picked it up and installed it myself. Granite it too heavy for me to lift/maneuver, and their cooperation with me saved time/money. 2 men carried and installed the granite in about 20 min total. We had a great experience with Architectural Justice! We purchased marble countertops for our kitchen and could not be any more pleased. Staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgable. The marble is GORGEOUS and we have had many compliments since our kitchen has been completed. Countertops were installed quickly after we made our selection. The gentlemen that came in to our home for the installation were polite, timely and CLEAN! We were very pleased with the service we received at Justice. The selection was great and everyone made us feel welcome. The showroom is worth the trip. We did not have a large project, but Andrea spent a lot of time with us (it took us three trips to decide what we liked). Andrea was very patient and had eight slabs of the granite we chose moved so that we could choose the two we liked best. From the awesome showroom for visual decisions to the courtesy shown by the installers, the process was completed with professionalism. Found there to be the largest selection of material on site from a multitude of suppliers investigated to choose from with a trained consultant that listened and narrowed down our vision to make the selection process simple and not overwhelming. Very easy to work with from the start with a very good selection of granite. The hold period gave us 5 days to finalize the decision without worrying that what we selected wouldn't be available if we didn't decide that day. The whole process was professional from the template, seeing the layout in the shop on the actual granite and the installation, including the plumbing company they contract with. We recently purchased granite counter tops and had them installed. Our sales person walked us through the process and even sold us on a new kitchen island that had more storage space. She did a nice job of explaining the different types of granite and left us alone to look at the various slabs behind their building. Overall a very good experience with no pressure sales.
