That was no problem for us, but i could see he was trying to blow us off, so i said ok and hung up. Today my husband and i stopped in, again asked for quartzite or granite. George said, "Do i look like i have money" ... then tried to tell us other places to go. He then said he had an appointment at 1 pm... so he had to go. The store hours said 9 am to 5 pm today. We have no idea why this guy is acting this way.. but we won't be back. Rude to the max and unhelpful.

The finished shower really looks great but, the nest day I noticed 4 dings in the wall adjacent to the shower that I now will have to have someone spackle & paint. Also, when they remove a small baseboard the one that angled into it was left with a sharp point. If I exit the shower on that side I could hit my toe on it. I sent a letter explaining all of my issues on July 30th and did not get a response. Careless workmanship.

Mike Pierce was excellent in creating the design and helping me select materials, colors etc. I am not good at doing that but I know what I like when I see it. Mike was able to understand what I was communicating and bring it to life. John Linder was assigned to do the work. He has a meticulous attention to detail and takes great care in his craftsmanship. He's not the fastest guy around but he will do the job right. In the end I would rather have right than fast. Our bathroom is my favorite room in the house now. It's my own little retreat.
