When I walked in they had several pieces of slab remnants to pick from and I quickly and easily picked one that met my requirement and taste. I called the business and told them that I was going to purchase from them. The owner came to take measurements and my sink. Three weeks after that I got a call with a date they were coming to install my countertop. When they came they actually built a template out of wood and took that template out to my driveway and cut the piece of granite right there! They installed my undermount sink but they also have some available to purchase at a great price. They are available in bisque and white in rectangular and round I believe. The husband and wife team did all of the work themselves and they were amazing! They are from Romania and they were wonderful to talk to and I got great travel advice for a future trip there! I would absolutely give them my business again and I highly recommend them to anyone needing to have granite countertops installed.

We ended up going in a different direction but not because of any failure on the store's part. My only complaint is that when we arrived, the door was locked even though it was during open hours. We knocked, and Nadeem let us in. Afterward, we went across the street for some coffee and saw another couple trying to go in, but Nadeem had already left. My first encounter with Nadeem was not just pleasant but like we had been good friends that hadn't seen each other in ages. He was warm and caring and walked me through the choices on the best way to fix my silk. He said it would take about 3-4 weeks since he does all repairs by hand... and it was exactly that time frame! The building itself is an old structure from Akron's industrial past, and it's great to see a business thriving there.
