Chenko and Lutty are all of those things - I thank god I found them. I've hired Chris and Kyle to do so many projects for me, each project more intricate and better results than the last which is why I keep coming back. They can do it all!!!!! 1st: Basement carpet and drop ceiling tear out and paint. 2nd: Drywall tear out, gas and water lines set back into the wall, new plumbing in the ceiling leading outside at two points and to an upstairs sink, electrical lines reran and outlets placed elsewhere. 3rd: kitchen backsplash tear out and re-tiled as well as new dishwasher install. 4th: 2600 sq ft of old laminate and vinyl flooring removed, floors leveled, and 2600 sq ft of new luxury vinyl plank laid AND every inch of trim in house torn out and replaced - baseboard trim and door trim. I'm currently on their books for a 5th project - custom built in bookshelves around my fireplace. I'm honestly perplexed at how anyone could leave them a one star review unless they had unrealistic expectations and/or didn't listen to Chris and Kyles recommendations who are the experts. AJ came out and listened to what we wanted, he took plenty of pictures and made notes. A few days later he got back to us with his quote. I tell ya, he was only $250.00 off of the other quotes we received. So, we were impressed with his pricing ability to be so close to our other quotes. Luckily for us, we went on vacation the day AJ & his team started the project. AJ kept us updated on how it was going throughout the project. We always knew what was going on and where we stood on scheduling. With our Century Home, the bathroom water lines & drains were corroded and clogged, the floor under the toilet was rotted, the bathtub walls, drains and mold was a major headache. Jackson remodeling fixed all of that. Now, I have NO issues with drinking tap water from the bathroom sink and the mold is gone due to the ceiling fan installation. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom. We can't wait to have AJ and his team to come back and remodel our kitchen. I highly recommend these guys. UPDATE: The new shower head sprung a leak. AJ came out the very next day, figured out the problem, ordered the defective part and got it fixed ASAP. Luckily, it was a manufacturer defect and was under warranty.
