Once they installed and left, I started to look closely at the counters and noticed what looked to me like a large scratch. I immediately called them, and I mean immediately. They had been gone perhaps 10 minutes. I was yelled at over the phone that I didn't know what I was talking about...that those are natural fissures. I was also told I didn't understand that this thing came out of the side of a mountain and it would have natural inconsistencies. Well to me it didn't look like a natural occurrence...but they never addressed it with me. Extremely dismissive when I called, and nobody ever came to look at it even though they promised they would. Sight unseen they called it a fissure. Does it look like a fissure? I don't know...to ME it looks like a long scratch. But nobody ever came to inspect it. I'm actually writing this review now as I have had plenty of time to cool off and write with honestly and not let my anger fully invade my writing. Feel like I was treated very unprofessionally. What company argues with a client over the phone like that? Very rude.

I was going to go with Formica, but she had me look and price their quartz remnants. I'm so glad I did! I found a design that blew both me and my wife away, and only a little more than a real Formica countertop would have cost. The crew did a fantastic job of creating our dream, and John was a phenomenal installer!! It looks so beautiful!! Thanks for the wonderful work you people do!! We had extremely bad experience with this company- they were supposed to come and measure our…read morekitchen table for granite countertop in September (original prom). This was shifted to October 14 after we many times inquired about the status of the measurement- they announced that they would come between 8-10 am in the morning. We waited that time and 10 went off and 11 went off without any call from them. When we called their office they were rude and slammed the phone to our ear. When we finally got hold of them they never apologized and said the person would come by 1 pm- he arrived at 1.30. He never apologized the late arrival did the measurements and left. They were supposed to deliver the granite top on 28th but they never delivered. When inquired about the status we were told that they didn't deliver the top because the person doing the measurements had been threatened personally. This is a lie. We were just angry and showed frustration as we had just lost 2 doctors appointments because of their unprofessional behavior. We mainly noted the person that they have not stood behind their promises and ultimately we need to see if their behavior is legal. So we are now again in the market after 2 months of waiting and enormous frustration. Moreover they lied about personal threats and never communicated us they had dropped the order.
