They were patient, kind, professional and knowledgeable. We were very picky about our Granite selection and they ensured that we could select the exact pattern and movement of our stone as it would be cut for our new Kitchen Counter. Now, They may not have a huge gallery, but work with other suppliers in the area who (between them all), if you do not find the perfect selection... you did not really look. No doubt, Michelle made sure we understood the flow of the movement and how it would look once installed. Jaime made certain the little notch in our wall was even cut out in the turn of our counter end piece. It may not make a lot of sense in writing, but made all of good sense when in place! Beautiful!!! The installers took great care and pride in making sure our counter was properly installed with every attention to detail. They were neat and worked efficiently, ensuring to clean up behind themselves before they left. We will definitely use the O'Brien group again for stone needs.

This year (2019), we ordered three appliances from the website on Black Friday and were promised a delivery of December 15th from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. We called in the morning to verify when the delivery might take place and received no conclusive answer except for a few helpful tips and answers to technical questions. We called the appliance delivery department again in the evening since no phone call had been made to let us know about a delivery time. We then discovered our items had not even been shipped to the store as of yet. We mobilized the whole day for a delivery that never occurred and had no prospective date for delivery. In addition, we had disconnected appliances beforehand. If we had not called, we would have never known that the delivery would not take place as planned. We had scheduled a pick up to donate one of our appliances which now needs to be cancelled--once again more time lost. I cancelled this order and will never use Lowe's again for appliances. No more lies and/or no more dropping the ball-- whatever you might want to call it.

Normally when I check out at self-checkout, I simply scan or pull up my military discount account to receive my 10% discount. On this visit, I did not have my physical ID with me, so I went to customer service to ask if they could pull up my account using my phone number, which I have done successfully at multiple other Lowe's locations before. As soon as I approached customer service and explained the situation, Miss Donna immediately and very rudely told me that they could not help me and that I was not going to receive my 10% military discount because she could not verify my identity without my ID. When I explained that multiple other Lowe's locations have always been able to pull up my account without an issue, she responded by telling me that "not all Lowe's locations are the same" in a very rude and dismissive manner. Afterward, I went to the cashier, and the cashier was easily able to pull up my phone number and apply my military discount without verifying my ID. Once the transaction was completed, Miss Donna then went over and scolded the cashier for helping me. The entire interaction was unnecessary and unprofessional. I understand policies may vary from location to location, but there is still a respectful way to speak to customers, especially veterans simply trying to use a military discount account already on file. Someone higher up seriously needs to speak with Miss Donna regarding her attitude and the way she communicates with customers

Finally was offered assistance, they did not listen well and had to ring my sale twice as a result. I asked if the items were returnable if not needed or did not work and was simply told yes. I ended up bringing the item back today for return and the same salesperson refused the return all while examining the item with unnecessary manipulation. Additionally, they made an unnecessary comment stating the electrician should have known that it was the wrong size, completely inappropriate. I politely took my no longer needed purchase and left. I had no problem going up the street to Lowe's where I was assisted by a salesperson and cashier whom I gladly rated on their survey with the highest score for their efficient help and friendly customer service. I had no idea how convenient and professional and affordable a mobile locksmith could be. I needed a 4button key for my 2016 Subaru Forester. I contacted the dealer and the price was over $340. I saw that Ace hardware store could make a replacement 4 button key but it would be a week before the key would be available. I called Advanced Lock and Key and within minutes the dispatcher connected me to the technician, Jim. At 4pm, just as he promised, Jim drove in our driveway and within 15 minutes I had a perfect 4 button key at a reasonable price. Do not hestitate to call Advanced Lock and Key; I'm so glad I did! (Attached is a photo with the new key in the middle and the valet and original key that Jim reprogrammed for us. They all work perfectly! I'm just blown away with how simple Advanced Lock and Key made this process.) Update: Can I give these guys 7 stars? Jim restored proper function to our valet key!! One key we got from the Subaru dealer a couple years ago was a valet key. It never seemed, to us, to work correctly. If we locked the car with the valet key and then unlocked it with the valet key, the alarm went off until we put the valet key started the car with the valet key. It seemed useless. We took the car and the key to the Subaru dealer, showed them the issue and their chief mechanic told us "It's designed to function that way." Please. Jim needed to reprogram all three of our keys, which he did quickly, and now the valet key makes sense: If you lock the car with the valet key and unlock with the valet key no alarm. If you lock the key with the remote, the alarm system is set and if you open the car with the valet key then the alarm sounds. Perfect. BETTER AND MORE COMPETENT THAN THE DEALER!!! All I can ascertain is that the second person I spoke with got confused or annoyed when I spoke with her and assumed the other dispatcher was working on my call. If anyone would have bothered to have some patience or customer service maybe they would have been able to sort this out. But, drama and hijinks ensued while I am sitting locked out in the cold. I received a phone call saying that the crew is at my home. I go to the door. no one is there the message stated that they would have to leave at 7:46 AM to get to another delivery. It was 7:30. I was at my door and no one was there. I called customer service and was speaking with someone and the delivery truck pulled up to my home, It was 7:44 AM. The next thing I know they drove away without even stepping foot out of the delivery truck while I was on the phone with customer service. They didn't even attempt to deliver my items. They then lied said that they couldn't deliver my washer and dryer because I did not respond. They never even attempted to stop they kept driving past my home. Such a lazy delivery driver and I immediately canceled my order with Home Depot. Never again.
