From the moment we stepped into the showroom, we were assisted by Claudia, who asked the right questions and showed us the displays of carpeting under professional lighting showing the differences in colors, texture, costs, grades, etc. We were able to bring home the boards of the different colors to determine which one to choose. Ari was our estimator, and the estmiate was free. He was professional and took measurements of the 4 rooms. The estimate came in fast and we ordered. Our beautiful carpet was installed expertly by Kevin, Logan, and Frank. The guys used carpet pads to safely move our furniture and return it back to the rooms. We thank Claudia for all her support and updates throughout the project. Superb Customer Service, quality products, and a great value. Highest recommendations!

carpet cleaner cat will you remove cheetah pee?…read morefrom cheetah girls, sure. Having been very disappointed by my previous carpet cleaning service at a location that shall remain nameless, I was looking for a new professional carpet cleaner that specializes in commercial applications. I contacted Cheetah from their website. The next day, a gentleman came by to measure and bid the job. The price was very fair, and actually slightly less than my previous carpet cleaner. I scheduled the cleaning for this morning, but was also given 4 different scheduling options. The Cheetah truck showed up exactly on time. So far so good. The result was spectacular. The carpet looks like new, even in the heavily traveled areas. The also use a blower/fan to quickly dry the carpet. The funkwater that they extracted was heinous. It looked like road tar. When they finished, I took out a white handkerchief and rubbed it on the carpet. It stayed white. I took my hanky to the highest traffic area and really dug it into the carpet. IT. STAYED. WHITE. Look no further. Carry on...
