I can't say enough nice things about Bloom Brothers!!!!!! I've bought ALL of my major appliances from Jim H. Over the past 21 years. This past Spring, I needed to replace my 21 year old GE refrigerator and bought another GE. Unfortunately and to NO FAULT OF ANYONE.... I bought a lemon that kept freezing my food. Bloom Brothers & GE Factory repair guys did what they could but the refrigerator simply didn't work properly. I ordered a new refrigerator that was supposed to be delivered in September, but arrived yesterday!!! I'm so happy!!!! I bought several appliances from Bloom Brothers when we redid our kitchen. We bought a Bosch refrigerator that has required 4 repairs to date under a 5 year extended warranty. The latest repair request was reported November 30,2021. We are still waiting for the repair to be completed . When I called Bloom Brothers for assistance, they said there was nothing they could do to help. My suggestion is that you do not buy appliances from Bloom Brothers, as they do not service their own products, but rely on a third party protection company, who relies on third party repair services. Very unhappy that Bloom brothers is only interested in getting your sale, but not interested in the problems you have after the sale. Go to another appliance store. read more

Went to get appliances for my first home, and going to bloom bros is a big step because it's super expensive and over priced but they have nice appliances. Finally found the courage to pay over 5k for the appliances, and they were delivered and half of them were dented up. They had to find the appliances again, it took them 2 weeks and it came and was dented again. The moving/installation team was horrible. I had to use my own tools to open up the appliances, and put together the appliances and connect wires with my own tools again. They were careless, especially when it started pouring rain on my open appliances and there was 0 hustle to get them inside. On top of all that they would only reimburse me for probably less than 0.5% of the cost. Over all they got it figured out and got me my appliances, and they are very nice. Just do yourselves a favor and double check everything, and have them double check everything, and ask for their best moving guys. read more

They do not stand by their products. Purchased a GE washing machine. Never fully cleaned clothes since delivered. After three weeks of torture, made phone call to business. They sent out a technician who found "nothing wrong with it". When asked what our options were, they said they would not allow a return nor an exchange. Now, $850 later, we have a washer that doesn't wash clothes. Do not recommend. read more

We bought a new dishwasher that was in stock, had it installed a few days after our purchase from Bloom Brothers. It wasn't drying our dishes so it needs to be repaired under Maytag warranty per Mr Bloom. I had a discussion with Mr Bloom and asked to have it returned to the store and order a replacement that doesn't require a repair. He told me that's not how it works and proceeded to tell me a story about his own personal experience with when he ordered new appliances at his house and he had 2 of them that needed repaired after installing them. After I expressed disappointment about buying something that was broken I told him I will not be coming back to your store he told me to go to Snow Brothers if you want. I was shocked to have such crappy customer service from a family owned business especially from the owner. read more

Great store overall, our family has purchased pretty much ever major appliance here for close to 20 years. They have something to fit in any budget, and are pretty evenly balanced as far as American- and Asian-made products. They also carry luxury appliances like in-wall wine coolers and other installations. Delivery is typically free, and they will remove your old appliance for a small fee (no more than $50 in our experience.) They will also walk you through hooking up water lines to refrigerators, as the employees are not allowed to do it themselves for insurance and safety reasons (basically, if your home has bad pipes, the store doesn't want to be responsible if closing a valve for the first time in 10 years causes something to burst.) This probably also applies to things like gas lines. My only stupid, petty gripe is that the store is not air-conditioned, so if you're browsing for awhile on a hot day, it can be pretty rough. Overall, would highly recommend. They run this place like a true, old-timey store. read more

We bought all of our kitchen appliances from bloom bros. We had a great experience in the store but once we got everything installed we had a problem with our dishwasher. The manufacturer was giving us trouble about it and bloom bros contacted the manufacturer for us and handled it completely! I will always shop there for any future appliances! my 25 year old refrigerator croaked last week. first i went to home depot. they told me 16 days to delivery. the clerk sid that she would talk to her supervisor and let me know if it could be done sooner. of course she never called me back as promised. then we went to lowes. different store same problem. we also went to another appliance store of mayfield road snow brothers. they also said 10 days. so we headed off to bloom brothers. not only did we get competitive prices but we got the service that we needed. their truck was full for delivery so they added another truck for the next day to accommodate our need for a refrigerator. they have always been the best and they proved it again last week. itried to tell my wife before we started looking and in the end she totally understood why i wanted to go to bloom brothers. great people and great service read more

Worst experience of my life buying a major appliance. When I called the salesman to let him know about my problem I was told that he was with a customer and to leave a message. After 2 hours I called back and again was told he was with a customer and to leave a message. I asked to speak with a manager and they gave me the store owner. I will not bore you with the details of my conversation with the store owner but I can tell you that when I told him that we were not happy, he said "not all of our customers are happy about the product they purchase". I suggested that they put that as a tag line on their website! We will never buy anything from this store again! read more
