    Love this place!!! Everything is beautiful!! Very helpful salespeople!!! There is kitchen ware like you would not believe!!! Lots of choices!!! Every piece of tableware is beautiful!!! There's living room/ family room decor!!! There are all kinds of decor here!!! Anything you can imagine to make your house beautiful!!! There's also bedding and bath items which are also very beautiful!!! I could spend forever in this store!!! It's also well stocked!!!

    I love this store. It's always such a nice place to visit and the staff is so kind and friendly. We went last week while my sister was in town and we got trapped in there for a while thanks to a crazy summer rain storm and I have to say the staff were so funny joking that we were now a captive shopping audience and we might as well get comfy and relax ... try out the sofas and chairs! Lol. It wasn't bad! We had fun looking at all the great new summer outdoor items as well as some really cool prices for the house. I may have even found my dream table! Now I just need the 2 grand to have it ha ha ha oh and a huge dining room! If you need beautiful items for any part of your home and want them unique try out this store. They are very pricey but the quality is impeccable.

    Beware of this store. They will deliver damaged, poor quality goods, charge you late fees and interest on products they haven't delivered yet. They will give you a new date for delivery every month. They will send thugs posing as White Glove service to your home to destroy your floors and carpets and try to conceal their damaged goods to trick you into accepting them. The staff in Novi store are completely obnoxious. They take NO responsibility, have NO empathy for the distress caused to their customers. Never agree to a C&B credit card scam, they will sell your information to the dark web, they will play shell games between C&B and Synchrony bank to trick you out of your money. I ordered $5000 worth of furniture from these people, Ive ended up with damaged good from 1 year ago they were supposed to replace, and a massive gouge in my hardwood floor that will likely cost $12000 to replace. BUYER BEWARE

You have to keep going back and really walk around and look for items, but I have found fantastic deals (and beautiful items) for my dining room, bedroom and living room. The sales person I worked with at Legacy was super friendly and helpful. At the loft? They were nice, but don't seem as well trained as in the regular stores. I had a problem with one of the stools I ordered from Legacy and they switched it out very quickly and it was easy to coordinate. I've used delivery in the past for large orders but they were nice and let me pick up stools and other items I could fit in my car so I could save the delivery fees.

    Recently we purchased a made to order sofa bed. the fine print says that if it didn't fit in the…read morehouse, we'd have a 50% restocking charge. that being said, the sales person did not review that "50%" with me verbally. though i did sign the document. when the product didn't fit, i asked for an accommodation of some type--i never said what specifically, having spent tens of thousands of dollars in that store. did they have to do something for me? no, clearly not. they didn't HAVE to. should they have given me some relief in either a reduced restocking fee, or additional store credit? i think so, given the amount i have spent recently and that the sales person, in my opinion should have been more verbally direct about the restocking fee. i believe customer satisfaction with the products and the processes should be taken into account when dealing with people who have spent a lot of hard earned money at that business. I have a choice of where i shop and i won't go back to Arhaus, as they demonstrate that their mission statement is "caveat emptor" or "buyer beware"... not "we want to make sure you are happy with the customer experience". again-- my bad, but some accommodation would have gone a long way. "0 Stars" for you Arhaus. great furniture. very bad customer service.

    Jackleg work, simple fix, abjectly poor customer treatment…read more After buying thousands of dollars worth of Schonbek fixtures - a large center hall chandelier, two sconces, two ceiling domes, and two smaller bedroom chandeliers - from Cleveland Lighting, here is the response I got when I asked them to fix the problem shown in the attached pictures: "Unfortunately, we would have a service call fee of $95. As mentioned these are secured at the factory and I'm not sure how much of an adjustment can be made. I could have someone available this Thursday afternoon. Let me know if you wish to proceed." The sconce in the photos was installed improperly. It should have been repaired without hesitation without charge by the store. You can see from the photos the Cleveland Lighting rep's statement, "fixed at the factory," is an inaccurate cop out sent by someone who just did not give a crap. Asking for a service fee was inappropriate and indicative of the kind of people who run Cleveland Lighting. Find a different lighting store.

After ordering thousands of dollars of lights over a year ago, we found ONE lighting fixture that fit our needs better for our dining room in an another store. So, we asked to return a BRAND NEW, UNOPENED fixture in the box for a refund. They insisted on a 25% restocking fee. This is outrageous. This is just a way for them to make more money on their lighting fixtures for doing absolutely nothing. They could care less about building any customer good will for any future lighting purchases. They obviously care more about making a buck than pleasing their customers. Yes, it was stated there would be a restocking fee but seriously? 25% ?? You spend thousands on fixtures and there is no room for an exception at times? You can be sure that I will make sure that anyone that asks me about purchasing lighting fixtures I will tell them of the poor customer service and will steer them to another store. One that actually cares about their customers.

    Furniture Pickup Review: I just purchased furniture (chair) from HomeGoods. I used their hold…read moreoption. That means I purchased a chair and picked it up on another day (it's held for 72 hours). I witnessed some inefficiencies which discouraged me from purchasing additional furniture. It was challenging to find someone at the store to ask how to initiate furniture purchase as the first timer. I almost gave up. I had to then wheel my chair through the entire store. I wonder what happens with heavier furniture. After filling out some paperwork, I was able to store my chair in store. I asked how delivery of other furniture works and ballpark price. I was told that I need to get in touch with delivery company via app or phone to plan after purchase. That's wonderful that delivery partner exists, but that discouraged me from buying two other items. It seems reasonable to provide customers with more details surrounding furniture delivery partner and expectations (delivery distance, turnaround time, and process). At pickup, I called the store to check how to pickup furniture. It wasn't really explained during payment. The store's employee transferred me from TJ Maxx to HomeGoods like they're worlds away. The entire process started to finish was not the smoothest. I really felt like employees didn't have any interest in answering any furniture questions and wanted to detach from the experience. While I love the value at HomeGoods, I won't be getting more furniture that I can't transport simply because I don't understand the process after asking multiple associates. It shouldn't be this difficult.

I was relieved to find they had a few choices of dresses available in my size (small). I even got a pair of shoes, small hairspray and my date got a Perry Ellis belt, all for under $100! The cashier was warm, friendly and welcoming, a great representation for the store. If I lived here, I'd definitely be back, especially to check out the home goods section. Lastly, I really like that the two stores are combined, although that's a recipe for a spending spree!!! Ha;)
