The pricing is the best you will find in the greater Cleveland area. These guys used to own Best Furniture over in Mentor, which also had quality furniture at low prices. Their approach is very consultative, but not pesky at all (which I can't say for some other stores in the area). The bottom line is, if you go to Ashley and find something you like, you'll probably find the same exact piece here but cheaper. That's what happened to me. Will definitely recommend to all of my friends and family.

As soon as I was greeted, I felt as though I mattered, and that he genuinely cared about my needs as well as what I was looking for in a mattress. He guided me through the showroom between models in a very relaxed and professional manner. It did not feel pressured or uncomfortable at all, even when I said I would have to think about it- but then returned that same day to buy one of the mattresses I was shown. Luckily I got the last one he had in the back and it was even on sale at a great price. I would have paid close to four times that amount had I gone to OMF. A friend of mine recommended that I go here and I'm glad I did. After buying the mattress, Joey had arranged his guys to make delivery to my house (I only live about a mile up the road from the store) and even arranged for them to give me a ride home too! Turns out not only are the owners father and son but the delivery guys are a father and son team as well. All very nice people. Could not have been more satisfied with the whole experience. The mattress is incredible, too, by the way.

Misleading Return Policy and Poor Communication…read more I visited this store to try out several online mattress brands. The owner was helpful and recommended the blue Winkbed model as the best option among the ones I was considering. I specifically asked if I could return the mattress after the 30-day trial period, and I was told yes. Inside the mattress box were marketing materials from the manufacturer clearly stating a "no-hassle 30-day free return policy." After 30 days, I contacted the store to initiate a return. The employee who answered couldn't help, so I called the number listed on their website under "Contact Us." I was then told that only the white Winkbed model was eligible for a full refund--not the blue model I purchased. This specific detail was not disclosed at the time of sale, despite my direct question. In fact, the owner discouraged me from buying the white model due to quality concerns. The paperwork stated, "reselection only," which I was told was added for transparency--but that term is vague. Why not just call it what it is: an exchange? To make matters worse, the owner commented that I had reached his personal line on his day off. How are customers supposed to know your schedule? And if you don't want to be contacted on a personal line, why list it on your website? Ultimately, I was allowed to return the mattress, but I had to pay nearly $700 plus a $70 pickup fee. Overall, very confusing and I felt misled and disappointed. The store did not honor the manufacturer's return policy and relied on unclear paperwork instead of honest communication. Buyer beware: Don't fall for flashy mattress brands that spend heavily on advertising. If you want quality and transparency, purchase from a manufacturer with a long history in the industry who produces mattresses that are not compressed in a box. You're better off going straight to the source or choosing a local company like Original Mattress Factory. I wish I had and saved myself money and stress.

TLDR: Spaces is the best, most professional, efficient and effective company I've ever worked with…read moreand I won't use anyone else ever again. I called Spaces to help me move and the employee that answered the phone was polite, professional, and immediately got me set up with a date and time. On the day of the move they showed up a few minutes early and had the truck, dolly, carts, and blankets ready to go for me right when our appointment was scheduled. They brought 2 guys to get everything moved which I thought wasn't going to be enough. These two young men had my entire home packed in the truck within an hour and a half which was incredibly quick. They even went back with a broom and cleaned up the old house which I thought was above and beyond what was expected of them. When we arrived to the new home, they had everything unpacked and in the house within about an hour. They used blankets and plastic to help eliminate bringing any dirt in to the house. After everything was set up the one employee packed up the truck while the other inspected the house for any dings or nicks on the walls or floors. These guys were so good they didn't touch a single wall while moving multiple appliances, couches, dressers, beds, and various large sized items. I can't believe how quick these guys were and if I ever move again I will 100% be calling them. I'm referring them to all my friends, family, and coworkers.
