Great shop. Wide assortment of items - you never know what you'll find. Well worth the stop to check it out.

Good quality furniture. Some outdated stuff, but if you have money you could reupholster a lot of it.

Fun Fact: This store was nominated for Best of the East award…read more If you're looking for a shop that feels like stepping into an artist's living room, visit La Bella Vita flagship store at Eton Chagrin Boulevard. I wandered in because the displays are so cute, I wanted to see all the treasure inside. Every nook and corner is packed with funky, colorful one-of-a-kind furniture and home goods you won't find anywhere else. A lot of the items are hand crafted or hand painted. The vibe is playful, and just whimsical. The store has multiple rooms inside with different themes and colors. One of my favorite parts of the shop is their collection of teapots and tea sets. You can find them all over the store. They have so much personality! It's like each piece has its own little story. Definitely the kind of thing that would instantly become a conversation starter in your home. If you're looking to host a tea party, you must browse this collection. There's also a bit of funky furniture like foot stools and arm chairs that are so playful! If you're looking to add a pop of color to your living room this is the place for you. Especially perfect for Alice in Wonderland themes! Fair warning: the prices are up there. This is definitely more of a "treat yourself" or "special gift" kind of place rather than everyday shopping. But to be honest, the creativity and quality of the pieces feel worth the splurge if you're looking for something truly special. A lot of pieces are one of a kind, so it makes all the sense. I had brief conversation with the owners and employees while walking through. They were so friendly and welcoming! If you're into bold design, quirky details, and pieces that feel like art, this boutique is absolutely worth a visit. Even just walking through feels inspiring.

I was thinking a place of this caliber would have nicer employees. But that was further from what…read moreI experienced. Maybe because I walked in with a T shirt and cargo shorts. Or maybe because she was snooty and thought she was better than me. Well she should've seen the movie Pretty Woman. Because you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. I was looking for new flatware. And I was ready to buy. At $50 plus per serving. I wanted eight servings. Which maybe I'm not bright enough to do the math. Let's ask the rude employee who didn't and wouldn't give us her name. To give you some context of what happened I will tell you I walked in with 30 minutes left before closing. It's close to the time. But not that close. I was the only person in the store and I couldn't get an employee to help me out. I finally said out loud is there anyone who wants to help me out. There were two employees there. Both having their own conversation at the cashier drawer. Mind you the flatware is within 15 feet of the cash drawer. She came over and asked what I needed. And I tried to ask a few questions. She kept walking away as she was answering. And I said hold up. I have other questions. And she did the same thing. She wouldn't give me the attention of a shopper. Finally she said from a distance of about 15 feet, maybe you should go to Williams Sonoma. But I'm here. This is where I walked into. Why would she push me away to another store. Even if the Williams Sonoma is a sister store. I'm here. And I wanted to buy here. She repeated herself a few times about it would be better for me to go there. So I finally gave up and left. It is very rude of someone to treat me that way. When I was ready to buy. For the record. I was in the store July 27,2025 at half hour to closing. Only two employees were there. And it was the shorter of the two employees. She wouldn't give us her name. Because a proper greeting which I never received was not in her vocabulary. I will never go back to this store if she is working. I'll remember her face.

Let me tell you, I spend a lot of money at the pottery barn. They DO have quality merchandise but…read morelet's be real...They are incredibly overpriced and expensive. If they had friendlier people that worked at this location perhaps I might enjoy spending all the money I do there but unfortunately their people are not nice. I haven't had one encounter with anyone who works there who is nice and not snobby. Do they intentionally hire snobby people? If you go over to West Elm, which is owned by the same company, the people there are completely different. West elm people are friendly and nice and human. Yes I will continue to go to this pottery barn but I will hate every minute that I'm there because of their staff. SNOBBY.
