I love shopping at Arhaus and Arhaus Loft. I find that they have the nicest selection of furniture in town. The store is beautifully displayed, and the loft is a "treasure hunt". You have to keep going back and really walk around and look for items, but I have found fantastic deals (and beautiful items) for my dining room, bedroom and living room. The sales person I worked with at Legacy was super friendly and helpful. At the loft? They were nice, but don't seem as well trained as in the regular stores. I had a problem with one of the stools I ordered from Legacy and they switched it out very quickly and it was easy to coordinate. I've used delivery in the past for large orders but they were nice and let me pick up stools and other items I could fit in my car so I could save the delivery fees. read more

The experience in the store while picking out furniture and paying half up front, was fine. After that, it was the worst 7-month experience and it still isn't over. Promised delivery dates went on and on with no explanation. Some items came damaged. We paid the remaining 50% when they told us the rest of our things were going to be delivered, yet we still need the last two items of our order. They are now telling us that we owe money! There needed to be communication from the store, delivery, or customer service. I made numerous calls and spoke to numerous people along the way. No single person could answer my questions or even be bothered to call back when a message was passed to higher management. There is no way to speak to anyone with actual authority to talk about our circumstances. This is not cheap Big Lots furniture. We purchased 9 items and their furniture is very expensive. My husband has decided that he can no longer deal with the time-consuming and stressful back and forth and just paid the amount they said we owed. I, however, am going to pursue this. The rest of our home furnishings will come from somewhere else. It's not worth the hassle. read more

I am so beyond angry right now. In mid-June I ordered a Kipton couch and went with a couch that was "in stock". Otherwise I'd have to wait eight or nine weeks if I chose a custom color. Then I find out the "in stock" couch is going to take just as long. I was told I would have my couch by August 4th. A few days ago I sold my current couches to make room for the new ones but when I hadn't heard anything by August 3, I called to ask about delivery I had expected for the fourth. No one had bothered to reach out to me to tell me that it was still going to be at least a couple more weeks and that they would be sure to call me when it comes in to schedule a delivery. I asked for them to please get me a more specific date and the person said they would send an email to ask, not pick up the phone, but send an email. Two days later still no information (I guess their email wasn't returned) until today I'm told they SHOULD get the couch on the 11th and then they will get in touch with me to set up delivery which wouldn't be for at least a minimum of five days after THAT and that really just depends on what dates they even have available, so we are probably looking at a month later from when I had expected my couches which was already a ridiculously long time. They were sure to remind me that the second half of my payment would be due once they called to tell me the couches are in. You would think they would try to compensate in some way by, I don't know, reducing what's owed? Worst part is I am hearing other horror stories, including from my sister, where Arhaus was weeks to months past delivery date given. So I am sitting here in an empty room two months after having ordered couches I had expected to have already with still no known date for when I can expect them - and no customer service offering to compensate in any way. I regret stepping foot in there and I would not advise anyone to take a chance that they will have a better experience. * I will throw out one caveat that is sort of irrelevant at this point, but the sales person who helped me choose my couch in June - was very nice and very helpful. read more

Horrible customer service. Not even acknowledging that customers are in the store and might like help. They were all mindlessly circling around one old rich couple. I went there to order furniture for my new home since I liked many of their pieces. Taking business some place else that can provide customer service. I can't even compare their customer service b/c there was none. I think only way you get that is if you walk in looking rich. I walked in wearing hospital scrubs. I had their interior designer come over to decorate 3 rooms. I loved everything she recommended. $40,000 later, I'm still waiting for pieces they incorrectly ordered, came damaged and/or just forgot! I'm not sure how they stay in business and the shipping was not free! I'm really disappointed and I am certain I am not the only unhappy customer. read more

I placed my order at the store on August 21st for the Kipton sofa. I was very hesitant on buying because the configuration i wanted (i wanted a chase on it) wouldn't be available till OCTOBER. The stock configuration was available tho and the lady told me it would arrive in a week August 31st. You're suppose to get a call a day before to confirm the delivery and I got no call. Come to find out when I call on the 31st the store manager tells me she wasn't suppose to schedule a delivery date because the couch has to go to the warehouse and then they'll schedule a delivery. I ended up getting a call on September 4th from the warehouse and she set up a delivery for September 11th. Again, I get no call the day before. I call the store on the 11th and they tell me one of the pieces isn't in the warehouse and it was EXPECTED to arrive that day. The lady on the phone told me to call back tomorrow(Sep 12th) to set the date for delivery. I called the 12th and the the last lady I talked to said it was pending and THEY would give me a call when it's ready to set up a date. It's been a week since now. I'm so mad and confused. It's been almost a MONTH since I placed my order when it was originally promised to be here in a week. I didn't even get the configuration i wanted because i didn't wanna wait long. If I knew I would've waited a month I could've just got the one with the chase that would be here in October. read more

Arhaus and I have a love hate relationship. I love their pieces and their stores, but I hate their service, pricing, and delivery costs. Deliver is between 150-200 and there is no option to pick it up... it MUST be delivered. Kind of a scam considering they have a warehouse right in boston heights. Next, their prices are kind of steep considering the quality. They're always running a "sale" that the sales people use to pressure you into buying but no matter what the "sale" is, everything is always the same price. Total furniture store gimmick. After moving to Cleveland I was having a hard time finding a furniture place to buy good quality stuff that I could keep for a long period of time....figured it was about time to grow up and get rid of the IKEA stuff! Arhaus furniture in Legacy Village came to my rescue. Stopped in here and was wandering around the store looking at the most beautiful pieces when Dannie happened along. He walked me through the store, figured out what kind of pieces I liked and what I didn't like and then came out to my apartment to measure out my place and put together a design (for free btw) that he thought would work for my needs. What I love most about this place is that I never felt pressured to buy from them even after the design consult service....Dannie had great suggestions and they definitely weren't the most expensive pieces in the store. He really paid attention to what I wanted. Delivery process has been smooth so far, there is a bit of a delay on my fabric because they don't have it at the factory, but the customer service department was great, they updated me, apologized for the delay and sent out a gift card for 10% of the price of my couch since I have to wait longer for it to get to me. If you're looking for classy furniture that will last you for 20+ years....come here, be prepared for the sticker shock though! read more

I just moved here from the west coast and need a significant amount of furniture. A friend recommended Arhaus. I went to the loft location and the staff were miserable and rude. I decided to try the Legacy village store. While the presentation is good & they have some nice pieces, I however was disappointed again. Not even acknowledged once by staff. I went next door to Ethan Allen and was acknowledged upon entry. I had someone helping me as soon as needed without hounding. They will be coming out to my place to help design & I look forward to working with them. read more

I am sad to say I will never shop at Arhaus again. It's a shame because they have some nice pieces. On this order, they really let me down and for the price of the piece, it's unacceptable. I ordered a beautiful $2,000 console table, taking careful note of delivery time so I would have it in time for my party on Saturday. Delivery was scheduled for today from 1-3. I took a day off from work to wait for the delivery. Guys were on time however when they unpacked the two boxes, both were bottom pieces - not one top and one bottom. And guess what, they couldn't get a new piece/part until the following week - even after I pressured them for a rush order and to try to get the paperwork unlocked quickly. Delivery guys asked if I wanted to refuse delivery...ummm, what do you think?? I called customer services suggesting the local Arhaus retail store let me have their floor model and they can get the new piece delivered next week. No go - they were unable to part with it. I was nice, not like I sound in this review, but legitimately upset. Customer service said sorry, but that's it. This company does not put the focus on customer service. There are too many other stores out there who do and will be happy to take my 2K. read more

Last week I made my first ever Arhaus purchase, granted it was only a candle, but I became a loyal customer after this first experience. All of the sales associates made me feel special when I mentioned it was my first purchase and I left the store feeling like part of the family. This is what separates Arhaus from other retailers. There is a sense of family, pride and tradition throughout the company and it is evident in the products and the people who sell them. read more

Absolutely gorgeous store, fabulous pieces that will last a lifetime. The quality is unmatched by other competitors in the area since all upholstered pieces are US Made (most by hand), I'm guessing this is why some people below had issues with their wait times. Unless you are buying a floor model that you can take with you at time of purchase, STAY AWAY!!! We purchased close to $10,000 dollars worth of living room furniture. It took 6 months to be delivered, not 6-9 weeks as promised. They must have mixed up the weeks and months part. Call after call to no prevail. When-delivered, 3 pieces had imperfections which made them look like floor models with one cracked leg on the sofa. We sent pictures, the delivery man from Arhaus agreed and wrote it up. We called and called back. They said we will replace and send new. That was over 6 months ago. Not a call, not a follow up, not letter of apology ...... The worst of the worst in company service out of legacy village. Never again in Arhaus. read more

I have several pieces of Arhaus furniture. I custom ordered a king size barrister bed in Echo cigar leather January 8. Delivery was suppose to be in 10-12 weeks. On May 12, 22 weeks later, the bed was delivered in the wrong leather. I did get a call on April 20 offering me a 10% discount for my wait. I went to the store in Legacy Village on May 12 to discuss the error and ask for a remedy. I was put off by my original salesperson, Dana, telling me that dye lots in leather vary (the delivered bed had mahogany undertones instead of the amber undertones of the cigar leather I ordered). And thus began my protracted "customer service"???? I am waiting for my replacement bed. And, I would not say that customer service is a strong suit of Arhaus Furniture!!!!!!! I love their products, when they are properly delivered as ordered; the quality is superb. I predict that their customer service will be their Waterloo. read more

Hopefully the new Chief Operations Officer at Arhaus will turn around a previously bad situation. In a previous review I presented a situation that he just personally called me to correct and apologize for. He is brand new and seems to be really personally invested in correcting problems with delivery and customer service. I wish him good luck and hope that he can correct these problems. I have never had more regret over a purchase than I have over the couch, chair, and ottoman I purchased from Arhaus. Especially considering the price point. When the furniture was delivered, they did not steam it or anything to make the skirts look nice. There were defects in the fabric that the repair gentleman was not able to fix. The delivery is also not great. I was scheduled for an 8 - 10 am time slot. The truck arrived before 7 am on the morning of a horrible snow storm. I was in the middle of trying to get the kids ready for school, but I had to go out and shovel so they could actually get to my door since there was about 8 inches of snow on my driveway. The worst part of all of it though is the customer service. They do not document all calls and their billing is very slow and inaccurate. I have been calling them (most recently last Saturday) regarding a purchase I made over a year ago and the person I spoke with promised me she would call me back by Thursday at the latest. I did not hear from anyone this week. read more
