Place sucks . Picked carpet out Friday for a job with Dennis then Saturday call to pay and pick up and owner chad says he can't honor without confirming that Salman gave me that price. Never once said he would call to confirm only tells me "he just has to say it's sold out" so he doesn't have to honor price. Wow! So far I'm very pleased. Going through a complete renovation in July 2017 (4 months ago) I was looking for good quality carpeting at a great price. When I walked into Truly Carpets I was a bit overwhelmed by all the carpet rolls, but when I told Dennis what I was looking for he told me about new stock coming in. It was the perfect color, texture & a great brand.... AND there was enough for both rooms. Yippee! I REALLY wish I'd had Truly Carpet install -ALL- my flooring. Unfortunately I mis-took 'Discount' as kind of shady, sub-par, or sub-contracted. Shame on me, I didn't bother to ask them if they subcontract their installs =( My loss. Hindsight, now wish I'd had them floor my entire home..... Truly installed a marvelous, high-end carpet remnants in my 2 bedrooms, but stupidly I went with Lowe's for the Pergo & the install. Ugh! Lowe's, what a HUGE nightmare!!!! I should have asked Truly to find me stock, because they had much better quality (12mm vs Lowe's 8mm Pergo stock). Truly installers arrived and did an amazing job. The biggest blessing is that the installers are part of the family, rather than subcontracted out as Lowe's does (nightmare!) The project manager was so knowledgeable, teaching me what I should have known BEFORE I'd gone shopping. My home flooring is gorgeous. When it's time to resurface my floors I'll be going back to Truly Carpet & Flooring. read more

We walked in to Truly Carpet with the idea of just looking around and ended up walking out with two area rugs. The staff were very helpful and showed us the rugs in the size we were looking for and then they let us look around for a bit. Nobody was pushy at all, which was fantastic. Once we found a few rugs we liked, the guys at Truly Carpet were able to find similar rugs in the size we needed, and then they helped us get a fantastic deal on the price. I first stopped in to check out their remnants only to discover they offer a complete line of Mohawk, Shaw, and other wood products. Not only did they have exactly what I wanted, but they came out right away to measure. We waited two weeks to think it over, but when I ordered, the materials arrived as stated (2-3 weeks) and the install was over-the-top, excellent! I couldn't be happier with Truly Carpet. They were professional and Chuck was an amazing installer. Chad and Denis were especially helpful and communicative. I had shopped around before going with them, and I am so glad I did. Do not bother with this establishment. In January of 2020 we called to make an appointment to look at carpet. Tim the owner would not be there, but his wife would be there to help us out. When we arrived she was unable to answer any questions about any carpet. She could not even tell us a price of any carpet in the store. We wanted to be kind and stay local so we allowed Tim to come to our house for a measurement and give us prices of samples we brought home. Tim did come and measure, but when he was supposed to give us a call with the prices he mailed it instead. I found out about this delay when I called him because he did not call me as he was supposed to. Despite this we chose two types of carpet. Tim was now supposed to call us when it arrived so we could give him a deposit. A month later I called to find out it came in "right away" At this point I asked for a contract to be written and we would give a deposit. Tim said he does not do formal contracts. I had a problem with that so he said he would not require a deposit. He said " pay in full after job is done". I agreed. I offered to move our install date up because of what Covid 19 had done to the economy. On March 18 I called Tim for an install schedule. Tim said he was meeting with his installer that night and would call me back. On March 25 I called Tim again because he never called me back. Tim said he was not doing any installs because of the Covid 19. A couple days later Tim called a couple days later and said he can do our install. We agreed on installing on March 30. When the installers arrived at 11am I discovered they had the wrong carpet on board for the two bedrooms, but the correct carpet for the living room and hallway. I called Tim and told him what happened. He said he would have to order the bedroom carpet and we would have to wait a week or so. Imagine all we put up with to this point as well as our house is in disarray to make room for the install. I finally told Tim that I was not happy and that this process was a cluster from day one. He responded by saying "I have been a pain since the beginning and he was going to pull his guys off the job". Then he let loose a tirade of swear words so I hung up on him. His men did leave our house and my wife and I went to Permanent Floors Carpet One at 5620 Ridge road in Parma and spoke with Shelly. She hooked us up with carpet and a measurement the same day followed by the install the following day! So in 24 hours Shelly took care 100% what Tim at Parma Flooring could not do in three months! Tim should be ashamed and embarrassed! read more

Don't waste your money. They put down a carpet and in just 2 weeks it had rolls in it. I called 3 times to ask them to come over and stretch it-they said they would and never showed up. I only live a few blocks away, but the obviously don't keep their word.I have to watch not to trip on it as it has gotten worse in time. I have put down prior carpets myself and they have lasted for years with no problems. I have had 2 strokes and can't do it anymore. If you don't want or cannot clean up their mess-go anywhere else. Quality is not in this companies vocabulary. read more

I had these guys carpet and linoleum my investment property. They did just about every room and did A+ work and quality installation. The price was very fair (about $1500 less than Home Depot quoted) and were a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely contract them to do my next job. read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED. Stopped by the store on Saturday just before closing, paid a fee for them to come out to measure on Sunday. Waited over an hour. They were a "no show". The phone number we were given went to the store's answering machine. They didn't feel the need to call us back until noon the following day. I guess Truly Carpet doesn't need my business. read more
