You have to keep going back and really walk around and look for items, but I have found fantastic deals (and beautiful items) for my dining room, bedroom and living room. The sales person I worked with at Legacy was super friendly and helpful. At the loft? They were nice, but don't seem as well trained as in the regular stores. I had a problem with one of the stools I ordered from Legacy and they switched it out very quickly and it was easy to coordinate. I've used delivery in the past for large orders but they were nice and let me pick up stools and other items I could fit in my car so I could save the delivery fees.

Jackleg work, simple fix, abjectly poor customer treatment…read more After buying thousands of dollars worth of Schonbek fixtures - a large center hall chandelier, two sconces, two ceiling domes, and two smaller bedroom chandeliers - from Cleveland Lighting, here is the response I got when I asked them to fix the problem shown in the attached pictures: "Unfortunately, we would have a service call fee of $95. As mentioned these are secured at the factory and I'm not sure how much of an adjustment can be made. I could have someone available this Thursday afternoon. Let me know if you wish to proceed." The sconce in the photos was installed improperly. It should have been repaired without hesitation without charge by the store. You can see from the photos the Cleveland Lighting rep's statement, "fixed at the factory," is an inaccurate cop out sent by someone who just did not give a crap. Asking for a service fee was inappropriate and indicative of the kind of people who run Cleveland Lighting. Find a different lighting store.

This location has some great display windows on the outside that give you a good preview of everything and inside it's pretty spread out so you don't feel claustrophobic while you're browsing. They have two floors and everything is well organized. The kitchen section was pretty impressive with all the tools and accessories you could want. It's also nice to be able to sit on the couches in person and check out materials instead of buying them online.

I was relieved to find they had a few choices of dresses available in my size (small). I even got a pair of shoes, small hairspray and my date got a Perry Ellis belt, all for under $100! The cashier was warm, friendly and welcoming, a great representation for the store. If I lived here, I'd definitely be back, especially to check out the home goods section. It is a pretty standard new style overly fancy shopping centre located in the Cleveland Ohio area. It's expensive and it's fancy (did I mention fancy) and it's outdoor (and fancy) which isn't always a good thing in this region, especially during winter months. It's one of these outdoor (did I mention it's outdoor) shopping villages (and fancy) with all the high end stores, but it's still cool to have it here, and it provides a nice shopping experience for people in Cleveland that are sick of indoor malls.

Laura of Pembroke is newly on my list of places to visit when I need a gift or want to buy something for myself (you know, for when you get in that mood of just wanting to buy something for yourself). I was pleased with our sales guy Bobby and also the manager with the super cool tattoos. Our family spent time sitting on different furniture sets and we were pleased with our final choice (not pictured). The snack section in the back was clutch. We were able to grab a quick bite and look around some more. Financing options were easy to understand. Delivery went really well. The movers were courteous and cleaned up behind themselves.
