Kasey and the entire staff was so helpful, kind, and thoughtful in the dresses they pulled and suggestions they made. I would highly suggest this boutique if you are looking for a positive and welcoming experience, and are in the plus side bridal market. I have tried upwards of four other boutiques, even large bridal stores, and I only found a large selection of gowns I enjoyed here and this was the best experience all-around, even though I have tried shops in PA and Washington DC.

It had beautiful plants and the employees were all friendly and very informative. The selection was perfectly curated and laid out beautifully throughout the store. I felt like I had room to shop as nothing was crammed together. It had a nice boutique feel to it. The quality of the clothing seems to be top notch and very fashionable. I wanted everything that I came across in the store. I haven't gotten this excited over a shopping experience in years! I would compare it to my previous favorite shopping experience at Free People, but better. I was also pleased to find out that they have a website so that I can shop from the comfort of my home. I went back to Fairlawn to order the suit and then got a call later that night. TURNS OUT THEY HAD THE PANTS THERE THE WHOLE TIME! So I then went back the following day to pick them up and they told me the alterations would take much longer than the lady on the phone told me they would take. They also gave me a hard time for not having the receipt even though I told them that they can easily access my purchase information in their computer. Bottom line: Go to Hudson and see Jim. The older gentleman sucks at the Fairlawn location and caused unnecessary headache.
