I remember going to a Lucky Shoes as a child and the quality fit and shoes that come of those trips. We've taken our son here his entire life to be fitted correctly for shoes and they have always been professional and patient. The prices are a bit higher than a department store or discount shoe store, but they more than make up for it in service. I'm looking forward to their new space this spring. I'm sure it will be a great location to continue the tradition of quality that I've come to experience.

The sales person was very helpful and sized my family member's foot. The sales person also suggested shoes based on what he was looking for, and helped him try on shoes. This store has classic and modern styles. I also noticed a nice selection of UGG, which I plan to get for myself on a near future visit. He was friendly and efficient and very good with my son. I've always had great luck at Lucky's but I had not been here in many years. I will be returning soon though, because I saw that they have a really good variety that I can wear to work. The manager very rudely came over to her and in a very rude way told her to "just go upfront." The manager looked for my order and found it. She shoved it at me in a rude manner also then went upfront and told the same employee, in the same rude way, "to go back to the register." Ok I realize neither of those statements are technically rude but if you heard how she said it, you would agree. I wish I knew her name but she was an older, dark haired woman and she needs some training on how to treat employees and customers.
