Stopped in while I was visiting Akron and picked out a T-shirt I wanted. I wanted a v neck so they ordered the shirt, texted me when it was ready, shipped to my house and took payment over the phone. Customer service was excellent! Lots of designs to choose from and the shirt material is high quality and comfortable. I will definitely visit again when I'm in town!

Need to update my 2 teen's swag. I can't wait to stop in and grab some new tees. Better yet, I'm going to go online now. RCC has a lot to offer Northeast Ohioans. Especially since we recaptured LeBron, the College Football National Championship, and saved SOME face (not all) in the NFL this past year!. P.S. Prices are "you get what you pay for". If you want a quality T-shirt that'll last, not shrink & warp, and feel like your favorite pair of jeans when you put it on, then this is the place for you. My old OSU "lucky T-shirt" from college looks like a belly shirt now. I needed to update months ago. Of course we did win the Championship, so maybe I'll wear "Old Faithful" as an undershirt with a new RCC shirt over top!

I found 3-4 different things I wanted to get, but settled on a "Rubber City" t-shirt.

However, I had to get a manager involved to return a t-shirt because I had worn it before finding it defective. It was sewn wrong and the collar just curled up. But how does one find this out without wearing it? They finally gave me a refund, but it shouldn't have even been a question.

I had an amazing experience with Wanda and Eric, which started with a woman on the floor above whose name I didn't think to grab, but she was on her last day of seasonal employment and was trying to make sure she communicated as much knowledge as possible, so that I could get a good deal. I wanted two overcoats on sale in different colors in 48L, but they weren't in the store. I found out from the nameless saint mentioned above that as long as it's not in a specific clearance section, you can do that. Eric was really helpful but limited by being relatively new, so Wanda took over and contacted the site and a number of stores, trying to get someone to send the sizes I needed. Ultimately, it was a timing situation where none of the locations that stated having that size actually had it, so I walked out with a 48R in one color, which will work alright for me, and direction to the site, where I was able to get the other color in 46L, which will be a little tighter around the shoulders but more generous to my arms, and for 75% of the price of the other coat (the site only had like 40R in the first color, which would be impossible to Tetris myself into). Yes, people are paid to help, but times are tough, and sometimes it's hard to have the energy to help when you're underpaid and customers are jerks. Three very kind and helpful people had my back yesterday, which made for an awesome experience.

The shop is medium sized, nowhere near some of the big stores, but what you will find is really high quality items at a great price. The Discovery Shop has a nice if not huge selection of clothes, they have just recently expanded the men's area in the back to allow for more variety. Most of the items are high end and usually very current. Where the Discovery Shop really shines is the selection of art, decor and interesting items. It seems that they get more upscale donations then most thrift stores, plus they are raising money for a great cause. Other items include books, media, all kinds of kitchenware, plates, glasses and jewelry. Prices are reasonable, what makes it even better is that they have a 50% discount color every week and the last weekend of each month the entire store is 50% off. Over the years I have found some really nice sports coats and a number of carved wood items at the Discovery Shop. Well worth a stop to check out if you are looking for some great items at good prices, plus it is great to support the American Cancer Society. I also want to shout out the volunteers at the Discovery Shop, they are always friendly and helpful and the store is well set up, organized and attractive.

The volunteers are wonderful, and the finds are always great--no wonder it was my Nana's favorite place to shop. I scored big today with their 50% off sale. The other 3 ordered their rental suits from other Men's Warehouse locations, Great Northern and Kentucky- absolutely perfect, suits fit and looked beautiful. Then there's the best man who ordered from Fairlawn as he went with the groom who actually had his suit custom made and purchased. This is what my son looked like. 1st the initial Suit Coat they gave him was wrong. The "corrected one" hang like a potato sack. Honestly could have even gotten over the jacket fit. But the pants were the biggest nightmare. They were 2 sizes 2 big. The guy told him they run large but with the adjusters they would be fine. Well as you can see in the pictures that IS NOT THE CASE. The adjusters wouldn't stay for anything, couldn't even keep shirt tucked in. The sales rep actually had the nerve to tell my son well 'it's a rental and goes through a lot of hands, it's not like you got a custom suit" ARE YOU KIDDING ME? $260 for a 1 day rental to look LIKE THIS They had the audacity (per the manager Philip) to refund him 50 for the pants. OMG LOOK AT THIS ABSOLUTE DISASTER. I did call corporate office in Texas. They called the store and came back and said they store said there was nothing more they could do, although the corporate customer service rep was going to "escalate" the concern to his supervisor for follow up, although have no received and response as of thus time. SO MENS WAREHOUSE WAS FINE, BUT HONESTLY TAKE THE EXTRA 30 MIN DRIVE AND GOTO ANY OTHER ONE THAN FAIRLAWN SO YOU DONT PAY TO LOOK LIKE THIS AND LITERALLY GET WELL ITS A RENTAL WHAT DO YOU EXPECT ATTITUDE Guess in the 1st pic guess which one was from Fairlawn
