I've been looking to get a solid Mac for a few years but did not want to spend as much as a new Macbook would require. I came across their ad on Facebook and boy am I glad I did. They showed me a few different options and helped me to compare the specs so that I got the machine that would best serve my needs. I needed a machine that would be able to handle heavy video processing and editing as well as graphic design. They found the perfect machine for me! A few days ago, I spilled water on the keyboard of my MacBook Air. I took it to the Apple Store to have them quote me $755 plus tax for an entire new motherboard. I felt that was too much, so I figured I would see what Experimac had to say. I was blown away by my excellent experience. I spoke with Zack and he addressed all of my concerns, and went above and beyond for me. He was honest, understanding, and obviously experienced with Apple products. Since my spill was mild, I was very lucky and all the motherboard needed was a good cleaning. Zack took time to give my board a great cleaning, and my laptop is as good as new! The price of the repair went from $755 plus tax at Apple to $133 out the door at Experimac! I can't thank these guys enough. I would recommend this company to any of my friends/family. This place was exactly what I needed. Hard drive failing in my 10 year old iMac and stressing to no end about if I could meet a deadline, if I could keep my old software...if anyone would even work on these anymore. In my past experiences, Apple always gets real weird about old operating systems and bestbuy has no clue. This is the first place I called and I cannot express to you how much they worked with me, and how quickly they got my machine back and working as well as the day I bought it, AND with everything I needed. Brought it in Thursday evening, replaced hardware and running by noon the next day. Reached the deadline on my project, got my computer with the operating system and software I needed back. If you are looking at purchasing an Apple computer, I highly recommend the gentlemen at Experimac. They are very knowledgeable about the product and are not going to try to sell you more than what you need. I planned on buying an Apple computer on black Friday. I decided to check out Experimac first. I am very glad I did! They were so helpful and answered all of my questions. For much less than I would have spent on black Friday, I got an Apple Air with an SSD and twice as much memory. I also took in an old Apple computer I had been given, to have them see about fixing it. They were able to fix it as well!! For what I would have spent on BF, I now have 2 working computers. Highly recommend Experimac of Canton! Recently bought a refurbished iPhone X off of Amazon. Dropped it one time and the screen was done for. Found the Yelp page for the business and was really impressed with the reviews. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff.
