"Nick" was very kind and not only explained the purpose of the repairs they perform, he was kind enough to take the time to help me secure the lid back on the canister. I really appreciated Nick's time and assistance when he could have said, this wasn't the type of repairs they performed. Thanks Nick! I really appreciated your kindness and problem solving! The colors were all washed out and dim. This was after we waited weeks for them the finish it. They kept telling us that the part was on order and wasn't in yet. My guess is that they may have used an aftermarket part, and not an original HP part to replace the screen and the driver. Very unhappy with the result. After they replaced it and turned it on, they could easily see that the screen behavior was sub-par, but they went ahead and gave it back to us. I would be very wary about using their services in the future.
