Absolutely terrible. Left our computers in shambles after months of having them. Kept our computers…read morefor 6 months. Would not answer texts / calls. Kept pushing off the dates that they would be ready. Owner was extremely rude & not helpful. Actually ignored our phone calls to the main store after awhile. I mean, when someone's had your computers for 6 months & nobody will answer/call you back, what are you supposed to do?? Tech guy would lie & say he changed his phone number numerous times or that "Comcast wasn't working". Police had to be involved in order for us to get our computers back. Then lied and said that the company was closing & that he hasn't been paid in months due to the owners "health?" Promised a replacement computer, never happened, of course. I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYBODY!

I called Rick at Cyber Express, explained the issue, and he told me to bring the computer in. I took the computer to Rick and he suggested a temporary solution that I could use on a flash drive on another machine I have at home. Then, Rick put my computer on the work bench and found the problem and had it fixed within two days. Excellent work all around. He gave me a way to complete all my time sensitive work, and provided a more permanent solution for my computer. I can't say this is a relative new comer to the New Castle retail business but the inventory is…read moremuch better than the quality of treatment you often can expect there, depending on who attends to you. I have to question some decisions like the names used as this isn't really a "house" but a cold retail environment; and gold should be purchased at your own risk. It should therefore be mentioned that things not of gold are sold there too like paper currency, air cleaners, artifacts and a few injured victims of too much rough use. But it is a place where a good score could be found if you go in expecting a bargain and not top shelf treatment or inventory. Remember, it's not a toy store so you shouldn't expect to go in and find de plane any more than it's a florist as you won't go in to find de vase or any "ill" suited alternative.
