Three months ago I took my MacBook pro to get fixed at cpr in hermitage . They told they would fix it so I paid the $80 fee . Four weeks later , I check and see the progress on my computer. The two guys told me they ordered the part and it's getting fixed . I finally check in three months later there's a new technician guy and he told me my computer was abandoned. I'm never coming back here again because i doubt they know how to fix cell phones or computers in the first place it's false advertising. read more

Awful service. Phone was taken in on a Monday and they never ordered the parts and it sat there. We called 3 times and were told different stories each time. They had the phone for 16 days and never ordered anything or fixed it. Every time we went there or drove past the guy was playing on his phone. Had enough and told them to give us the phone back. Took somewhere else, it was fixed in 30 minute for half the price. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! read more

Big guy behind counter very rude no call for his attitude and in competence. Endended up going and got a new phone. He should be fired before his attitude get the store closed down Will never get my business again read more

Stay away, very incompetent. Gave them a working i-pod to have the battery changed. They had it from Friday until Wednesday, kept getting the run around. They broke the screen and wanted me to pay for their lack of ability. They said the repair would be $80.00 and take a half hour, then said since the battery had to be soldered it would be $180.00 and they couldn't do it. I finally got it back (not fixed) and now it won't even turn on. The screen isn't installed properly either. When I called them out on this and complained they brought out a big dumb ass I guess to try to intimidate me (didn't work). They kicked me out of the store. I want to tell everyone not to take anything there. They should be shut down for their lack of knowledge read more

BUYER BEWARE!! CPR Cell phone repair in Niles (also offiliated with Boardman and Hermitage locations) LOST my iPad!! Then they tried to string me along for two whole months as they lied to me repeatedly. They took NO accountability for any of this after even sending me home with someone else's iPad on three different occasions hoping I wouldn't figure it out. Once I figured it out and returned it to them and watched them verify on their computer in front of me that it indeed was NOT the IPad I initially left them, they took back the iPad and cut off all contact with me for two weeks until I finally out of desperation involved the BBB. Even then when two of the three owners finally begrudgingly contacted me they were completely rude as if they were the victims due to me involving the BBB. They finally offered to replace my iPad with a used refurbished one but also insisted I pay for "diagnostic repairs" to the original iPad that they lost and I never saw again. When I told them I don't feel that's fair I was told point blank that they didn't care if I was satisfied or not because "one upset customer can't hurt their business."So I'm turning to the public to prove a point. Are we as consumers ok with our electronics full of our personal information being LOST or stolen? Are we to accept such questionable business practices as worthy of our hard earned money? They literally even told me they would have returned all my money had I not complained to other customers while we were left standing in their waiting room for hours on multiple occasions while they asked us to "wait a minute". They feel it's MY fault they lost business over these ongoing unprofessional business practices and that I should have to compensate them for it. I was literally screamed at and told my satisfaction does not matter by the end of the conversation with one of the owners today because so long as the BBB sees they replaced my iPad that would be all they needed. Mind you...I have yet to get my replacement iPad. I'm to go to their Niles location on Monday and pick it up. I'm truthfully afraid for my safety in going because of how poorly I have been treated in addition to knowing the only two individuals I have consistently seen working there are the two who are to blame for all this and I probably got them reprimanded to some degree I would imagine. Please share this post and prove to the owners that we will not tolerate our personal belongings being lost, our time being wasted, and that our satisfaction as customers DOES in fact have an impact on business. The same three owners run all three locations mentioned. read more

They replaced a screen on an iPhone 11 and it was not installed properly and a corner was lifted up & not seated correctly. I called two days later and they said it would be covered and then they did not honor the #Warranty. This same exact thing happened a while ago, and the guy working at that time was great. This time were different people and different reaction and rudeness. Never go there again. And they were, in my instances. giving out information that they probably should not have about prior employees. They listed them by name and said that they were no longer with the company for lying to customers. That was extremely unprofessional, and should not be giving out names. And the people they were talking about prior, were the ones that were very helpful!!! read more

Fixed my iPad in seconds. Whereas a computer person closer to my area said I should throw my iPad away. Part of my lightning charger broke off in my iPad. So satisfied with their service and knowledge. Also a certified Apple technician works there. I can't say enough about this place. Completely satisfied, highly recommend and worth the drive!!!! read more

Just the facts: Went in for guard repair and battery replacement on an Apple 11 Promax with 512 memory. They did both. In the process, they broke my screen and replaced it with a non Apple screen, and also broke the face activation. They offered my a full refund plus about $40 towards a refurbished Apple 11 Promax. Plus I would have to pay $350ish for their used phone. I did NOT want to chance a used phone as my phone was fine until they broke it. I told them I would take my full refund and leave unhappy. They then offered my only $40 cash because I was taking the new battery they put in my phone. They said they had no liability for damaging my phone because I signed their service contract to have them install my battery and shield. As a business owner for 50 years, this is simply the worst customer service and solution I have ever experienced! read more

I took my droid in for replacement of the battery. During the installation, the volume toggle switch broke. They ordered a new one and paid for it, and for the installation. That is an upstanding business move. And, the new battery works great! I highly recommend them for cell repairs. read more
