Went there with our over priced laminator that quit without even getting…read morethrough the first box of lamination pages, only to be greeted by one guy who knew absolutely knowing ( just stood there starring at the bearded wonder who had all his nails done like a woman! #disgusting ) . He then walks over to try to tell me that laminators only have a 14 day return policy!!! Who in the world ever heard of a store not giving the customer a minimum of 30 days to at least exchange for one that works. They'll never get another dollar from us!

So, I won an item in an auction, which uses this UPS store to ship. The price to ship was $42.44,…read morewhich is more expensive than the price of the item itself. What are you gonna do? Anyhow, I got my box two days later, which was great, but I was so disappointed that my item was sticking out of the box! This is a company that packs and ships for a living... and my item was sticking out of the box! Vintage! Irreplaceable! Thankfully, the item isn't terribly fragile, and having never seen it before, I don't know if the scratches on it are due to the poor packaging, or if they were lovingly earned from being 65+ years old? I'll never know, but I do know that chances are very slim I'll ever participate in this particular auction again because of this service.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We ordered a dumpster on Wednesday and it was scheduled to be…read moredelivered at noon on Friday. We were told the driver would call when he was on his way. After 1PM, we called the office and were told that they weren't sure when the dumpster would be delivered. At 1:30PM, they called us to inform us that they "ran out of dumpsters" and wouldn't be able to deliver the dumpster that was ordered 2 days prior. When asked to speak with someone above him, the caller responded that "they were in the Bahamas" and that we should "call back". Complete and utter BS. Do not waste your time with this unprofessional company.
