Curious what's in store for the holidays... Staff was jumping and the line moved quickly which was impressive. Where it all tanked was the UPS associate who helped me. No welcome no greeting. I placed my package to ship on the counter and she irritatingly raised her voice and said,"What! What are you here for to return an Amazon package??" I'm at a UPS store and while I can understand and appreciate you can ship Amazon packages when returning from them, I was disappointed to hear her push out an alternative brand other than her own. Yikes. I gently explained I was shipping a package. She was super frazzled. Not friendly. Not really helpful. I gave her the address of my father-in-law and to her credit, the system was populating an alternative city name with the right zip. She was smart enough to get some support from another peer and then explained this was her second week on the job. We've all been there I get it, however, the intangible experience in any environment is key. Fortunately, he did get his package and loved his Medallion golf shirt. I am unhappy with this experience and have voluntarily shared with other locals to hit up Polaris or New Albany. The next day I had another package and visited one of these other stores. Complete opposite experience from start to finish. I hope with each passing day her experience servicing others improves and she builds confidence for herself. No fun being the new kid on the block including being that paying customer that feels her pain.

I asked her another question on how should I place the papers because the screen was confusing she goes it should say on the screen. I honestly said F it, and ended up going to the Westerville Library where the customer service always excellent and it was free to scan the documents into a pdf file. As a black man I hate seeing my people with rude and nasty attitudes. If you don't like working with people than you should definitely not work in customer service! Not sure who the employee was but she was black with a little ponytail . I'll never be back there ever again!

On my way, I just happened to turn my head and saw a place called Pak Mail and thought, Why not try it? I pulled the into a parking space right in front of the door, walked in and a young woman greeted me. I told her what I needed, she provided me with a label to fill out, I told her how I wanted it shipped, she gave me a receipt, and I was on my way. Everything went as smooth as could be. It's a small shop located in a small strip shopping center at the south west corner of Morse & Hamilton Roads, just south of Max & Erma's and Huntington Bank. They ship anything and everything. They even have a sign saying that they ship furniture! They were nice, they were quick, they were convenient. Yep, gonna use them again!

Kinnari responded right away and even stayed late to make sure my graduate got the print in time. She went above and beyond for me not only printing a unique 8x20" print, but also she delivered to me. A large box print shop would never provide this level of service. On top of that, the print was high quality and colors looked great! I say this as a very picky photographer. Furthermore, what I paid for this print and service was a steal! This review is because of a recent visit I had to return 2 small items to AMAZON. There were two guys working at the time, one older and one younger. The taller older guy started to complain about Amazon returns has the younger guy was scanning some Amazon returns that a lady in front of me brought in. Way to make people feel uncomfortable! By the time she left, it was my turn. The younger guy helped me and the older guy continued to complain stating "We had 1 paying customer all day!" (they opened at 10am today since it's Sunday, I got there slightly before 11am) I'm guessing the paying customer was the lady next to me who was actually shipping something. I said "Well hopefully Amazon pays you guys" and he said "No, they don't" which I HIGHLY doubt they don't pay some sort of fee to UPS and the other stores that they have processing returns... If you've been open for an hour and you had ONE customer shipping something, then basically you wouldn't be doing much if there were no Amazon returns. Sorry for making you work at work. I'll give him 1 point since he did throw "no offense to you and your returns..." in with his complaints but still, the whole thing was awkward. On my way out, I stated that "I will take my returns elsewhere from here on out" (which kind of sucks because they are the closest place to me that takes Amazon returns). He was probably not happy because he said "We didn't do anything to hurt you"(I was basically out the door at that point) True, nothing was done to hurt me. Still, No thanks! ‍

Not very big, so more of a shipping spot than an office store, but today I needed to print a return label and they were helpful and patient (I could not get the email option to work; they said the signal is slow and to use their email, not the FedEx one.) Good prices, great service, a decent selection of office and packing supplies, greeting cards, etc. Handy near Easton. I still think of it as Kinko's, and the lady said "we still are!"

Wanted a Christmas present for my mother last year and decided I would have all her DVDR's…read moreconverted to digital. Had about 38 some double sided. Dropped the box off maybe 10th of December and had it all back before the 20th I believe. Fast turn around. Great quality. The flash drive USB side did not work for us on the computer or TV, but the USBC side did. I think their prices are fair, especially if you want to go local instead of shipping your materials to get converted out of city/state. I used legacy box for VHS and I honestly prefer the quicker and easier process of dropping these off and picking them up. The worker showed me how to access the videos, everything came out perfect and made a great gift!
