Quick easy service. Helpful, courteous staff. All COVID19 safety guidelines are in place and customers abide by them. I wanted to mail Christmas packages I'd misplaced and forgotten about and was able to get two packages shipped for quick, next-day arrival at its destination out-of-state. I was very pleased with everything but, parking at this strip mall was really at a premium. Since I use a walker for mobility, staff were very helpful to get me in safely and processed. read more

My daughter has joined a group that does cosplay events and she needs some armor. After extensive research, I found a manual on how to make cosplay armor out of EVA foam - foam used in yoga mats, those puzzle piece looking mats you can place on the floor - and its super cheap! After gather all that I needed to get started, I needed to print out the patterns for the armor. UPS is always my to-go-to for large printing projects like this but I had never been to this location. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted and was asked what I needed. Unlike some of the newer stores, it did have a computer, instead of a kiosk, for me to use my thumb drive to print the documents. Other locations allow you to use a kiosk where you can email them the documents or even use your Google Drive. But I knew different places do it differently so I came prepared. I was a little disappointed to see that they charge $2.50 for 3 minutes on the computer and upward the longer you are on it. I only needed it long enough to send the documents to the printer. Its was $.10 for each black & white and $.69 for color. After 218 pages of black & white pages, my total, with a few other items I picked up, came to about $28. I really thought it would have been worse! The young lady at the counter was so friendly and started a conversation as to what kind of project I was undertaking. So she and I sat there talking about the things we do for our kids. It was nice chatting with her. The reason for the 5 stars is simply because the service. The store could definitely have some modern modifications but I left satisfied and happy with the while experience. read more

Trying to refi my house and couldn't get my office printer to work. Not knowing the city well, I rushed over here because they were open until three on Saturday. I was charged about $6 for a few copies and a scan! I commented this was high but was told it was typical! So yesterday I was in a FedEx store near Henderson Road. I was told copy charges are 19 cents and page and similar low costs for a scan! So I feel like either UPS ripped me off, or the elderly owners don't understand proper charges. Not to mention, that's a really skeevy parking lot. I did not feel safe over there. I didn't realize that was the other side of 315 and would never go back. I would give a lower score, but the owners were at least decent to me. read more

Excellent service! I needed notary services and called prior to make sure they did this services. The gentleman I spoke with was really nice and told me to give in with the required info - ID or Drivers License. I arrived and the young man with a beanie on and beard was so nice. Just a quick shout out that this little UPS store provides top quality customer service. There's always a friendly greeting. They strive to memorize customers and their box numbers. On several occaisions, I have walked in and they handed me my packages without any prompting. And I've seen them do the same for others. I've used their service for over a year now, and I have found them to be willing to accommodate just about any "reasonable" request. I've used several PO box/office services over the year. This one is a little bit above the cut. Small drawback: It's a small store, so they only have one copy machine. If you need major copy/printing services, go to Kinkos or whatever it's called these days. But if you just need mailing services and your occaisional office copy/fax service, then this is a great place. read more

Very friendly and prompt, and even offered to tape up my boxes and attach the label for me (I brought in online shopping returns and only had the labels printed, they weren't taped up and ready to go). This place was so great! Both employees with whom I spoke were very courteous and professional. I needed a notary and a fax, but neglected to call ahead to make sure the service was available at the time (my bad!). When I got there, I was told, rather apologetically, that I'd have to wait for maybe 45 minutes for the notary to return from registering her children for school (no problem; *just* enough time to run across the street for a quick bite). When I returned, it took maybe 5 minutes to get everything sorted out and they ended up suggesting that I email my materials rather than faxing to save a few bucks. Customer service, environment, and professionalism of staff was excellent! read more

What a mess. We tried to send a TV to California and paid extra insurance. The owner said it was packaged properly and that it was good to go. Of course it was not. Found out that TV over 20" have to be created! Also did not explain that self package insurance only covers lost items not damage. Out $300, one TV, one disappointed customer. Called the ins carrier and UPS.. no resolution. Owner should not have accepted the package according to UPS Store standards. We would have paid to have it packed properly! Won't be back.. ever. However, i gotta say Frida in the damage department at UPS.com was super helpful. Grrr read more

I visited this UPS store the other day to mail a large, bulky item (a horse saddle). It's not the closest UPS store to my house, but it was on the way to one of my other errands. I was struck by how friendly the staff was, not only to me but to the other customers in the store. Before I even got to the door, an employee had run to the front door and made sure it was open so I could walk through with my super-bulky package. I've been to other UPS stores where when they find out that you're "pre-paid" they lose interest in you because they're not about to make a huge profit. But these guys were very sweet. They offered me some tape to close up the box (I had brought the box in open because I was insuring for a fairly high dollar amount, and some UPS Stores want to look into the box to ensure that you're not shipping illegal materials. I had my own tape, but I appreciate their gesture in offering me some!). The desk staff also encouraged me to just leave the box where I'd put it down for tape instead of insisting that I lug it all the way up to the counter; this meant more work for them, but they didn't seem to mind. In the meantime, I overheard the guy at the counter helping out two other customers. In both cases, he was clearly more focused on getting the customer what they needed quickly + at a good price than upselling them to more expensive services. Honestly, it kind of felt the way US post offices used to feel when I was a kid: very personal, like you were in a friendly neighborhood spot instead of just a bus depot for packages. read more
