I would give this place 1 star BUT on the occasion I need to ship something, it's usually handled with care versus the post office. This review is because of a recent visit I had to return 2 small items to AMAZON. There were two guys working at the time, one older and one younger. The taller older guy started to complain about Amazon returns has the younger guy was scanning some Amazon returns that a lady in front of me brought in. Way to make people feel uncomfortable! By the time she left, it was my turn. The younger guy helped me and the older guy continued to complain stating "We had 1 paying customer all day!" (they opened at 10am today since it's Sunday, I got there slightly before 11am) I'm guessing the paying customer was the lady next to me who was actually shipping something. I said "Well hopefully Amazon pays you guys" and he said "No, they don't" which I HIGHLY doubt they don't pay some sort of fee to UPS and the other stores that they have processing returns... If you've been open for an hour and you had ONE customer shipping something, then basically you wouldn't be doing much if there were no Amazon returns. Sorry for making you work at work. I'll give him 1 point since he did throw "no offense to you and your returns..." in with his complaints but still, the whole thing was awkward. On my way out, I stated that "I will take my returns elsewhere from here on out" (which kind of sucks because they are the closest place to me that takes Amazon returns). He was probably not happy because he said "We didn't do anything to hurt you"(I was basically out the door at that point) True, nothing was done to hurt me. Still, No thanks! ‍ read more

I had a disappointing experience trying to return an item here. I politely asked about the return and if someone could help me print a label at their printer if it was really required, but I knew that it was a no-label, no-box return. I also showed them the instructions, which I received in the email, to return the item. Instead of a helpful answer, I was met with the attitude of this guy; he snapped back, 'I am asking YOU a question'. There was absolutely no need to use that unsettling tone; I was simply asking for clarification about the label. The staff here have showed rude, discriminating, and unprofessional behaviour many times before. It's like they hate their customers and their jobs. They need a training on the professionalism with customers. read more

I use this UPS location all the time. Even when I've brought in 25 or 30 packages. They are patient, kind, and are willing to scan in everything that I have pre-labeled. Was actually kind of surprised by some of the reviews that I read. read more

This UPS Store #3728 at Polaris mislabeled my return, costing me my refund. Staff admitted the employee rushes tasks when I initially reported. After several reach outs and effort on my end to resolve, I got a call from the manager who refused to give his name and blamed me for the issue. He offered no insight into what they had done to investigate, and eventually told me not to come back to the store. Extremely unprofessional service and no accountability for their mistake. read more

It's possible that I went in on a day that the workers were overwhelmed, but the lobby was empty, so not sure if that is true. I went to ship my package, I didn't have a label and asked if they could print it. I was directed to use the computer. The computer mouse looked like it had dried snot on it so that wasn't the best. I used the provided hand sanitizer to wipe off the mouse, but it's still disgusting, but I braved it. I started clicking on the subject boxes...nothing happened. I asked for assistance and was told to click on chrome...a blank screen popped up. Thank HEAVENS FedEx was just up the road and provided wonderful customer service! They even printed mymy shipping label off for me! Skip the OOPS and go to FedEx if you want a better customer experience. read more

Lazy, rude, antagonistic workers are what I found. I PROMISE to never use UPS again. My business account will be being closed on Monday. Worst employees imaginable when it comes to helping a physically handicapped customer. The fact that I gave it any stars is due to the fact that I was able to walk in and walk out, granted they weren't busy at all. Anyways, there were two female employees and their conversation was clearly more important. I walk up while they're talking and I said "Hi" and got no response, she's still just talking. She had the scanner ready before I even walked up to the counter, she scanned, said "you're good to go" & went back to her conversation. If i could leave a ZERO I would! I do a lot of returns here, and more often than not the staff is beyond RUDE!!! They act like it's an inconvenience to help you! Nasty looks on their faces, no eye contact, huffing and puffing to do their actual job!! Went in again today, same service..big surprise!! I even told the person who "helped" me .,"have a nice day" ...to no response. He just turned his back and walked away. As a business professional I would recommend never using this UPS location. The last time I was in I was berated in front of a line of people which was totally unprofessional by the manager for only asking for a receipt. This has happened a few times before and I was told the lenders I work for do not pay them enough to take my envelopes with loan documents in. I was then told I was unwelcome. I would give 0 stars if I could! Staff are unprofessional and unresponsive! Oh did I mention incompetent! I received a notification that I had mail, drive over and oops "my bad" that wasn't for you. Another incident is I had a delivery and received notification, drive the 8 miles there and no package. Only to be told, "USPS reports deliveries sometimes even when they don't deliver". I confirm package was delivered so I call back and "oh we found it". So another 8 miles to pick up the package I should've received several hours ago!! I'm sick of this place and the lack of concern. Threw my work packages right in front of me. They were heavy and expensive just to be throwing on the ground. I expected better.

Went in to simply drop off a package already with a label. Just needed a receipt! After standing there for what seemed like forever with NO acknowledgment, I was told I needed to wait for all three employees to package up Amazon returns while the fourth did nothing. When the first employee, Amanda, was ready to help me she literally said to me "what do you need?" I explained I needed a receipt and she looked rather put off by the fact she had to be doing her job so I made an audibly irritated noise. She then asked me what my problem was and nearly refused to scan my package. She then told me I was mean. Then, she printed my receipt and dangled it in front of my face and pulled it back several times when I tried to grab it...like taunting me. After a few choice words on my behalf, she told me l wAsN't AlLoWeD tO cOmE bAcK! it would be my pleasure Amanda! This place is the absolute worst place I've ever been to in regards to employee behavior and customer service. This absolutely comes from a lack of leadership and poor management. read more

Lots of mixed reviews for this location, but stopped in here on a Monday evening to ship out a package. It was empty when I walked in and the staff was busy organizing packages. However as soon as the woman who worked the counter saw me, she put down what she was working on and promptly greeted me and inquired what I needed help with. My package was already labeled so she took it and said I was all set and as quickly as I came in, I was quickly out the door as well. Plenty of parking and I definitely will be back to ship packages to this location. read more

I'd give no stars but that's not possible. This is the rudest most unprofessional UPS location I have ever had to use in 15 years! The staff is absolutely awful and they do nothing to try and make the experience somewhat decent. They even try to charge for a shipping bag which is FREE!! Returning Amazon products and didn't bring boxes as Amazon informed me they didn't allow bringing outside boxes anymore due to COVID. That was incorrect. Alex and Raven thought out of the box to help me with shipping boxes/costs. Saved me money. I normally go to the Delaware store and they are always friendly and offer me a receipt as proof of drop off.. the Polaris store however always gives me problems! I asked for a receipt to keep my tracking numbers and proof of drop off and 2 employees refused to give me one.. this is the second time and they said I'm sorry I just can't give you a receipt. They have given them to me before but the last two times I went they wouldn't... if this one wasn't convenient I would never go back! read more

I love this store, the employees are always very patient with my numerous Amazon returns I bring in which I know can be a hassle.

Always friendly and reliable. I have a mailbox here and also ship from this location.

$5 is a bit steep to be charging to use the printers. Go to FedEx down the street and use the printers for free.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I got my packages redirected here. When I went to go pick up my packages they were not there and sent back without my permission. The note states that receiver refused the package in which I did not. My package was supposed to be there till the 7/23. I never was contacted by the store and literally went there the next day when the store received my package. Now I can not retrieve my packages since they were sent back with out my permission and nor did I get an apology or a reason why. The workers here are very rude and told me to call UPS Customer service in which I have wasted hours doing for something I did not direct to do. I will never come back to this location. read more

If you run a small business and preprint your labels do not drop your packages off at this location. Today I dropped off a package and asked for a receipt. The individual told me that I have the tracking number and to use that. I let her and the gentleman know that I never have been denied a receipt at any ups location. They both proceeded to tell me that all ups locations are franchised which is completely irrelevant to me asking for a receipt. The receipt has a crucial proof item on it which is drop off time and date in case things are lost. Very rude and I can guarantee this "Franchised" location will never see my business again. read more

Recently had a UPS packed mistakenly shipped to this location. Instead of holding and providing a courtesy call, the store rejected the shipment which caused several days of additional shipping time and effort to re-route. Very poor customer service all around. Store had historically charged additional service fees for held packages and are now requiring customers to have a PO box/account for what is a courtesy service at other providers. I had a wonderful experience at this store. I needed to mail a suitcase back to the manufacturer. They helped me to package it up and seal the box without asking. Before they made the shipping label the service rep offered to get an estimate. They waited patiently as I looked at other shipping estimates. Just a wonderful experience!!! read more

Not worth the star! They refused to accept my corporate account to ship packages home for Christmas. Clerk was rude and did not apologize for their franchise policy claiming that they are a franchise and would not accept corporate accounts. I didn't even get a hand opening the door after I had brought 3 large packages in and had to take them back out to the car again. I went to FedEx on Sancus and they were extremely helpful. They accepted my corporate account; were friendly and gave me a hand bringing may packages into the store. Best part, they ended up being cheaper than UPS to ship home. My suggestion - go to FedEx - they're cheaper and far more friendly. read more

I have been using this location for over year to mail and ship packages for me. I find that the location is convenient and I always am able to get in and out pretty quickly. I like being able to choose between regular mail or ups. I have always found the staff to be friendly and professional. For me it is a much better experience than using the post office. read more

The most unprofessional and rudest people in the shipping business. Had a package diverted to this store.they would not answer the phone. Then they were of no help.did not notify me that my package was there and finally a 40+ year old wannabee teenager with a attitude ask me why I told the mgr. That he lied about my pkg being delivered!?!! After getting my package I told them I would be contacting ups and yelp in regards to their terrible service!
