She came at me with attitude instead of acting like a civil person and explaining the situation with any sort of grace. Worst of all, she revealed the contents of a package I was supposed to pick up to any employee or customer that was in the vicinity. I was told I was able to pick up the package even if my name did not match the shipping label. An employee literally wrote my name on the box saying I would be picking up the package with permission from the owner (who is my fiance). Our addresses did not match because we literally just moved and my fiance explained that over the phone when she initially called in. After the fact, Amanda refused to talk to her on the phone about the situation, and instead she directed my fiance to a 1 (800) number. If you have to deal with Amanda at this location, good luck.

I'm at a UPS store and while I can understand and appreciate you can ship Amazon packages when returning from them, I was disappointed to hear her push out an alternative brand other than her own. Yikes. I gently explained I was shipping a package. She was super frazzled. Not friendly. Not really helpful. I gave her the address of my father-in-law and to her credit, the system was populating an alternative city name with the right zip. She was smart enough to get some support from another peer and then explained this was her second week on the job. We've all been there I get it, however, the intangible experience in any environment is key. Fortunately, he did get his package and loved his Medallion golf shirt. I am unhappy with this experience and have voluntarily shared with other locals to hit up Polaris or New Albany. The next day I had another package and visited one of these other stores. I thought we'd package it together but he said he'd do it later. I paid, got my receipts and left. Then I got an email and call from Nintendo and they said an empty package arrived to them. Nintendo is investigating for theft. So either the employee stole my son's switch or they packaged it up and it was stolen in route to Nintendo. Luckily Nintendo is going to replace the switch and I'm filling a claim with ups and reporting the store. My son is attached to his stuff. And even though he's getting a new one, he's upset because he just wants his stuff. I really really don't like thieves. I'm not accusing this store but it didn't feel right not seeing my sons switch packaged up. I should have demanded to see them package it because now I have no idea if it was ever in the box. At least if I saw them package it up I'd know it wasnt someone at the store who stole it. Nintendo told me they received a perfectly packaged unopened box with nothing in it but padding. Overall we got a bad deal from this store and I'll never go back accept to file my claim. If I could give no stars then I would. We are so disappointed. I took my son with me to use the whole experience as a teachable moment and the only teachable moment I have now is that people steal and you have to protect yourself.

Oh...is not $5, they just authorize $5, and once you print out how many page, it will return back to you, and only charge you for whatever amount you printed.
