Kinnari responded right away and even stayed late to make sure my graduate got the print in time. She went above and beyond for me not only printing a unique 8x20" print, but also she delivered to me. A large box print shop would never provide this level of service. On top of that, the print was high quality and colors looked great! I say this as a very picky photographer. Furthermore, what I paid for this print and service was a steal! I will definitely be using PostNet going forward! Thank you for your awesome service and quality!

I went to the register to buy chair and they said there was four color choices. I picked black. They brought the chair and started to ring it up and told me they didn't have black and was gonna give me blue. I went home and ordered it a couple of days later on line to pick at the store. I was on my way to get it and got a message that it was cancelled. I called the store and they said the money would go back on my card in three or four days.

Also, I bought some paper and had them cut the ream in half. The employees are always helpful. For example, when their hand sanitizer was $2.00 a case, I bought six cases and they took it to my car. It was the same when I bought cases of water. Finally, they are open at 9:00 am on Saturday. I thought all stores were the same, so at first I went to the one on Morse Road only to find out they didn't open until 10:00 am. So I was thankful to come to this store.

Tracked on UPS and saw that the package was never scanned by them. I suspect it was lost by Pak Mail and never made it to the UPS truck. Will never go there again. And I hope someone teaches Mark how to run a business and treat customers.

We spoke with Dave and we were suppose to get a few signs from him..First we wanted our opening soon sign first and a main sign with our logo for our business grand opening. He gave us a invoice with everything listed with bullet points to divide everything from what is what. We paid a deposit down of $1,000.00. Just to start it and get the opening soon sign out there. Our overall total was almost $3,000 for everything. We got a idea of how we wanted the design layout of the sign to be and after we told him our logo is a circle we would like the shape as the circle not a box around it, he made it seem like it would be extremely impossible to do and we asked them to please try because that's our logo and it came to him trying to charge us an additional 4,000$ on top on the 3,000$ we already got invoice for all the signs we wanted. There pricing is horrible and I feel like we were getting taking advantage of for being a small owned business. After that we just told him that was ridiculous and we found someone else who only charged 700$ for the same sign that they made it seem impossible to do but possible for another 4 thousand! Just to cut the sign into a circle because that's our logo.. smh so once we told him never mind we want to just cancel it and get our money back he then tells us he sent us a check in the mail with our money back. We waited 2 1/2 weeks and still no check came into the mail. We go to the store to ask where's our money and then he try's to give us 300$ out of the 1,000$ we chose to put down to start all of the signs! He shows us a whole other invoice he typed out that we never signed or agreed to of excessive charges for the only banner sign they did which was a paper opening soon sign that was only in the other invoice put at $100. We never discussed it being almost $600.00 either because if that was the case we would of have just said no then. We could buy that sign at Walgreens for $50.00. Same quality. Not only that we had to move it ourselves because the guy who put it up put it behind our bushes and it wasn't even visible! Now we are taking them to court for keeping our money and wasting our time!! Don't let them waste your time. So many other companies out there that care about your business like there own. I really don't do reviews unless the service was super great or super bad and this was beyond that. For him to tell me he's p*ss*d off just like I am because I chose not to go with his service was let alone unprofessional. I chose not to go with you guys because your response time getting back took for ever and the pricing was outrageous. I didn't want your service, So for that you keep my money ? shame of you. We ordered a huge circular sign to hang over an exhibit hall that turned out great and was very easy to set up and tear down. For a second show, they had the perfect solution for a very awkward space that we were assigned. We had to submit the order last minute, and because of the quick turnaround, we needed to ship directly to the show. Not only did Zilla do this, but they offered a ton of set up advice and even set the entire display up to take pictures and send to our sales team (who will be setting up at the show). We are so happy with Zilla Display, and we will absolutely be using them for future needs. After working with some larger companies near home that just didn't offer great solutions, we're excited to see some new ideas, built by a fun team that's easy to work with. Thanks Chris and Kim, you guys have been great!
