I was told I'd have a proposal by Monday or Tuesday, When I didn't hear from them on Monday or Tuesday, I waited until Friday before contacting them via email. I received a fairly prompt response indicating they had been busy and apologizing for the delay. They again promised a proposal by the following Monday. It's now late in the day on Thursday and since no quote. Sign quality and service - 3 years ago - was great. Customer serivce today is HORRIBLE - essentially non-existent.

Though I wasn't the direct connect to this company, my colleague always spoke highly of this business. This all changed when I was advised my colleague was explicitly verbally addressed and invited to physical altercation by an employee of Redi-Quik after solely asking for prior discussed design elements created by the children in our program. The employee, after cursing multiple times at my colleague and advising him that the owner "f'n hates him" also went as far as to discredit the work of the kids in our program & also threaten to call the police. The level of disrespect that was given surprised and enraged us all. With that said, please think twice before taking your business here. I say this especially for all minorities or non profit organizations. We will be doing our earnest to provide commentary to all surrounding businesses and organizations to ensure a situation like this does not transpire again in the future.

I couldn't find the right size blank cardstock, so we decided to get these printed by Fireball. It was easy to order and upload the custom design to their website. The prints were very affordable and ready within 2 days. Their service time is quick (often same day if you need it on the fly). Their work is impeccable. The signs we get are glossy, full-color. The gloss isn't so glossy that it impedes readability. The color is always vibrant and eye-catching. The only bad thing is that they aren't exactly centrally located. Their print and pick-up facility is around Hilliard. So, if you're coming from downtown, it's about a half hour drive when you figure in traffic. If you have a large scale print job, I recommend contacting Morrison Sign.
