I dropped off my son's Nintendo switch. Nintendo gave me instructions on how to package it. I shared the info with the employee. I thought we'd package it together but he said he'd do it later. I paid, got my receipts and left. Then I got an email and call from Nintendo and they said an empty package arrived to them. Nintendo is investigating for theft. So either the employee stole my son's switch or they packaged it up and it was stolen in route to Nintendo. Luckily Nintendo is going to replace the switch and I'm filling a claim with ups and reporting the store. My son is attached to his stuff. And even though he's getting a new one, he's upset because he just wants his stuff. I really really don't like thieves. I'm not accusing this store but it didn't feel right not seeing my sons switch packaged up. I should have demanded to see them package it because now I have no idea if it was ever in the box. At least if I saw them package it up I'd know it wasnt someone at the store who stole it. Nintendo told me they received a perfectly packaged unopened box with nothing in it but padding. Overall we got a bad deal from this store and I'll never go back accept to file my claim. If I could give no stars then I would. We are so disappointed. I took my son with me to use the whole experience as a teachable moment and the only teachable moment I have now is that people steal and you have to protect yourself. read more

This is a small print and go UPS store at the Graceland shopping center. They are also an Amazon return location. The staff are friendly and if you've got your stuff together, you can just drop and go with the pre-print labels, which really helps when there's a line. They're good with Amazon returns, too, this is one of the locations where you don't have to have a box, they do it for you. read more

Unhelpful and rude. When even trying to call corporate, I could get no help whatsoever. I was trying to find a package that was sent from a bank. I absolutely will not ship anything with UPS ever their customer service is poor. The package handling is poor. Just all around terrible company. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. read more

We stopped in to have several packages shipped. The staff person who assisted us was very friendly and efficient, despite the computer giving him some trouble. He was able to come up with an alternate way to ring us out and get the paperwork printed and in order. The delivery was made in the timeframe we were told, and everything arrived safely. There is a small parking area available right in front of the shopping center area where the store is located, and there's a larger lot a little bit further away. read more

The young man was rude, yelled and motioned "get out of here", " I want nothing to do with you". On Saturday, early afternoon I dropped a package off for a "guaranteed overnight delivery" and paid extra for the early morning delivery. Mr Patel assured me that it would arrive the next day. So I paid. Of course it's now Monday morning and it still hasn't been delivered. Very dissatisfied! Returned to talk with Mr Patel who is the manager and rather than resolve his misrepresentation himself, he asks somebody in the back who suggests a discount of $20-30. Mr Patel offers me $20 which is pretty fair, but I am still not all that impressed with the poor service. Maybe I should know "next day" is really two days on a Saturday? Couldn't he have mentioned that the first time? Learned my lesson and next time, will ask when will it really get there? read more

I have been going to this store for about a year now and think it's about time I left a review. Here are the reasons I feel this location deserves my 5 star review: - Notary service has always been available when I've needed it (about 5 times this year). Unlike other stores that advertise this service but only have a notary available for two hours each day, I have always been able to take care of my needs during whatever (store) hours worked for me. - Friendly and efficient service. When the store is busy, Mr. Patel multitasks while customers are busy filling out forms to expedite service for customers with smaller transactions or drop offs. All in all, I have had no issues here and I'm so pleased this store is so close to my house! read more

Recently I had to return three huge packages to a company in St. Louis. One was over five feet long. They had all been in my garage over the winter so they needed some serious taping and binding. Even though they had prepaid labels, the guy at the store spent about ten to fifteen minutes taping them up to the Nth degree. He only charged me $3 per box, which I think was a major bargain. This level of customer service is rare and I very much appreciated it. read more

FROM BAD TO WORSE Well, since my previous review in December, the customer service here is even worse. Once again, I asked to have my mail sent from my box (I eventually had to pick it up in person last time) - and was told that there was no one to do it since the "manager" (and I use that term loosely) was out of town. It is inconceivable to me that NO OTHER EMPLOYEE HAS ANY IDEA HOW TO SEND A PACKAGE? This is a review of UPS as much as this store. On December 29th, I took two packages to this UPS store to ship to my daughter. I had weighed them and knew the dimensions. Using UPS's online "2018 UPS Rate and Service Guide" (Page 18). I estimated about $65. I knew it would be a little different in the store. When I got there the cost for both was $83.36. We discussed the difference. They explained that they have to round dimensions up. The guide says to round to the nearest inch (up or down). Both indicate that the weight has to be rounded up to the next whole pound. All this lead to a higher Billable Weight. Due I assume to the above. What I want to say is this should be a more transparent process. I should be able to do at home. Other carriers have online apps that will give a cost that is much closer. Next time I will rethink which company to use for shipping. read more

This is the worst UPS Store I have ever experienced. They lost a return package worth $100 and refused to reimburse me for that.

My neighborhood UPS closed suddenly and it took me a while to find a replacement with friendly staff. There is one down the street from me but the manager/owner/whatever is rude as heck. So I go out of my way to frequent this particular branch. Everyone is really nice and always willing to give me a drop off receipt (small request but you'd be surprise the tantrum people through when you ask for it). It's a small branch but it's clean, well-organized and full of tape, boxes and mailing supplies- just as one would expect. This is probably the best mailing service store in NW Columbus.. I went to this UPS store to ship a package. I showed the employee, Vinu, the address multiple times and he entered it into the computer, reciting it back to me. I asked if he got the apartment number. Yes, he assured me. I asked again. He confirmed. Even asked a third time but I just had this gut feeling he didn't enter the apartment number. Almost asked to see the shipping label. Should have. Sure enough, he didn't enter the apartment number. I get a notification saying as much and the package is delayed. I called the store the next day and Vinu said he had to look up some stuff and call me back. He never did. I will never ship UPS again. read more

I called in for some information and help, I was modestly returned with bad treatment by the beautiful Sandra. She belittled me and was quite rude. The phone call was held in a very unprofessional manner. She tried to explain how she is a franchise store and they are do things differently than the "UPS." I can understand if someone may have a bad day, but that does not excuse for unprofessional service. I would not give them my business. This,is for any UPS shipping store you need to not tell the person who is shipping anything it will be there 5-7 days !!!!! My package was stolen it arrived in 2 days. It isn't anything that can ever be replaced. Maybe they should also listen to apt management and drop off at office if people aren't home. Brought 50 pounds of papers to be shredded. Paid $$ for this service but clerk failed to tell me that both locked shred bins were full so now confidential info is now sitting on floor next to bins!! She should have told me (checked first) before I brought everything in and paid $$ that their bins were full!! Will never use them again. I am not comfortable leaving papers that are to be shredded next to locked bins! I will call Mon & see if I can speak with manager. Very poor service!! read more
