However, it offers everything you need for packing and mailing items. Additionally, the owner/manager, David, was fantastic. He made an genuine effort to get to know me as a customer and ensure that all my needs were met. Service was very quick and straight-forward as well. He also made an effort to rent me a truck that had a back-up camera which I greatly appreciated. I will be using Mail Box & Services for my future mailing and u-haul rental needs! :)

I have a mailbox which I can access 24-7 and have used scanning and document shredding in the past. All services are cost effective and less than scanning at the regular office supply stores. On February 26, 2025, the staff assisted me with my first international shipping project. It went so smoothly and I received an explanation of every detail as my 5 boxes of 250# journals were being prepared to be sent to Dublin Ireland. I've been here before but I think management may have changed since the last time I was here. Regardless, these folks are excellent. This UPS Store has all of the positive attributes you look for: centrally located, friendly, efficient, patient, helpful, and, surprisingly, quick. They were well staffed and, I'm happy to report, everyone both behind the counter as well as the customers were wearing face masks! A couple of more things: This may not be the closest UPS Store to where you are but I would definitely recommend you consider them. I mentioned the location is great but forgot to point out there is plenty of parking. It is located right off a major road in Hilliard with traffic lights on two sides of the shopping center. (I know, that probably seems like a silly thing to mention, but it really makes getting in and out much easier and, if you are like some people that I know and love, you'll feel much more comfortable driving in and out at a light rather than having to time your exit across a few lanes.) I dropped off my son's Nintendo switch. Nintendo gave me instructions on how to package it. I…read moreshared the info with the employee. I thought we'd package it together but he said he'd do it later. I paid, got my receipts and left. Then I got an email and call from Nintendo and they said an empty package arrived to them. Nintendo is investigating for theft. So either the employee stole my son's switch or they packaged it up and it was stolen in route to Nintendo. Luckily Nintendo is going to replace the switch and I'm filling a claim with ups and reporting the store. My son is attached to his stuff. And even though he's getting a new one, he's upset because he just wants his stuff. I really really don't like thieves. I'm not accusing this store but it didn't feel right not seeing my sons switch packaged up. I should have demanded to see them package it because now I have no idea if it was ever in the box. At least if I saw them package it up I'd know it wasnt someone at the store who stole it. Nintendo told me they received a perfectly packaged unopened box with nothing in it but padding. Overall we got a bad deal from this store and I'll never go back accept to file my claim. If I could give no stars then I would. We are so disappointed. I took my son with me to use the whole experience as a teachable moment and the only teachable moment I have now is that people steal and you have to protect yourself.
