I came in here for packing materials. Two lines open. Third in line. One of the two registers helped their customer then left. He's had enough time to clock out and put his coat on and leave the store. All while I'm in line. The only one open had someone requiring a lot of help. I have stood in line for 10 minutes already. And I'm still waiting. The man at the register is very friendly but this is an unacceptable time to wait. I'll never come back here. It's now 15 minutes. And I'm next in line. read more

This is a typical Staples office supply store. It is well stocked and I found a few things here that I've been looking for that we're not available in the Staples more local to me. The staff was courteous and helpful, and although one team member didn't know exactly where to find what I was looking for he was able to point me into the general area. I found the item I needed and he was very thankful when I showed it to him so that he would have a broader knowledge base for future customers. read more

Simply go anywhere else. Many people complain about this locations bad customer service. I've experienced it. I was in there this morning trying to find something then I tried to find someone to ask but all three employees were chatting by the registers. When they asked me if I found everything I explained that I really needed help. He then told me that if I needed help then I should have come up to the front and asked. I then said that I hadn't even been greeted and at this point I was the only shopper. He started yelling and called me Karen. Through my items toward me and told me that he better not see me in his store again. Yelling as I left with my damaged item. I'm waiting to hear back from corporate. My advice if you have to go here that you don't ask for help. Get in and get out. read more

I was in the area and stopped into this Staples to see if they had a couple of supplies in stock that had been sold out at other retailers recently. The store was clean and organized, and it was easy to locate what I needed, items which were, indeed, in stock. Check-out was easy and efficient, and there is parking available in the shopping center lot, though, it can get busier in the section right near the store, since its location puts it in close proximity to the BMV, which always seems to be hopping. read more

TSA PRE-Check The lady working here is HORRIBLE. 1st visit: Came as a walk-in, she said she had no time. 2nd visit: Had an appointment for 12:20pm, she said she's on break until 12:30pm, waiting until 12:30, then she continued to take the 12:30 and 12:40 appointment first. 3rd visit: TSA said this lady made a mistake, so went back to the store and she said needed an appointment to see her. I've come here a few times looking for pens, and other office supplies. It's also convenient for me to come here for UPS since it's a drop off center. They're pretty nice here. They greet you at the door and they're really nice at the drop off center. The workers always seem a little bored here. But then again, I always come at odd hours when there aren't many people in there. Still, it's organized well and I never find it hard to find stuff. Sometimes I feel like it's too quiet in here. Understaffed. Had to ask mngr to get more help at the printing counter. Only one machine working. I dropped off what I needed copied. I did not say make them smaller. He saw what I gave him which was 5x4 and they gave me 3x4. Picture enclosed. He clearly saw what I'd given him. So now I'm sending smaller ones to friends. Every time I come to this Staples it is woefully understaffed. No wonder Amazon is kicking their behind. Also, their ink cartridge return rewards program is a convoluted mess. This store has a nifty habit of saving my hide, and not even by doing anything out of the ordinary. Just by existing. The funny and aggravating thing about office supplies is that they have a way of running out. Printer ink. Pens and pencils. Envelopes and paper. Calendar pages. Though if you can't see that last one coming ahead of time, then I dunno what to say. I've also used Staples' printing and fax services, but that was at the Lennox location, so I can't vouch for them so much here. So office supply stores in general = one of life's necessities in an ever-expanding range of work fields. A tougher question is how and whether a store for that purpose stands out among others. Well, most recently -- the night before last -- the mouse button on my middle-aged laptop went kaboom and I needed to get an external mouse so that I could do, y'know, anything. Sped over to the computer supply store on Bethel I tend to rely on first, but I was half an hour past closing. Not wanting to keep checking stores, I decided to wait until morning. Problem was, that particular store wasn't going to be open again until 10am. My work relies on my having a usable computer, so Staples' early open hours of 8am on a weekday won the day for me. And it just makes sense, since some people need that nice, early time to squeeze their emergency supply shopping in. There have been times I've wished they were open later, as well, and they're just not. But the early hours definitely win. read more

It's one of the slowest, laziest staples I've been in. It's convenient to my job but they either mess up or when you're in there it's always "hold on" if your printers are showing an error, why not just make the copies for customers?? Literally needed two copies but was told to just try the machine again while I watch employees not doing anything. Convince isn't worth it. You're better off going some place else. read more

This location is super convenient and has everything that I need. Besides office supplies, they have printing services and is a UPS drop off location. They have a super friendly and helpful staff. They even went out of their way to manually size my pictures to fit passport regulations. read more

Had a very good experience at the Kenny Rd Staples store with Debbie on 3/6/19. I was returning a faulty printer ink cartridge and thought they wouldn't replace because it was part of a multiple pak box. I explained to Debbie that the cartridges run out at different times. She was willing to exchange for a single cartridge. I was in/out very quickly which was helpful cuz I had a dog in the car. I appreciated her professionalism. read more

NOT THIS LOCATIONS FAULT, but I purchased a laminator, $100. Died first year with very little use. They replaced it. Second one lasted almost 3 years with little use. "Little use" I will define as 30 documents per year. Very disappointed and changing to Office Max. read more
