The first time I stopped in thinking I could pick up a box or envelope to package the return myself and drop it off in a bin but that's not how it went down. I asked the person at the counter if I needed specific packaging and she said no. If I had my own envelopes or box they would return it. Then we chatted about what might be appropriate sized packaging for a pair of men's jeans. She volunteered the information that printed labels could be sent to them and they would print it off and add it to the package. The second visit was to drop off the return. I had everything together and brought it in. I was asked if I wanted a receipt they accepted it in case there was an issue with the return. Sounded good to me! They scanned the package and handed me a slip. Fortunately the return was delivered and quickly processed by the seller so no need for the confirmation. I had a "tech refresh" at work last month and needed to send back my old laptop. Third visit in three months. Work said to use the box the new laptop arrived in to send back the old one. No problem! I packed everything up. Did I have a return slip or QR code? Um no, but I had the account number. Not a problem! She printed off a label for me after confirming the address, which coincidentally matched the account number address, and slapped it onto the box. The space itself also has a retail store for paper goods but I was all set on those items.

I thought we'd package it together but he said he'd do it later. I paid, got my receipts and left. Then I got an email and call from Nintendo and they said an empty package arrived to them. Nintendo is investigating for theft. So either the employee stole my son's switch or they packaged it up and it was stolen in route to Nintendo. Luckily Nintendo is going to replace the switch and I'm filling a claim with ups and reporting the store. My son is attached to his stuff. And even though he's getting a new one, he's upset because he just wants his stuff. I really really don't like thieves. I'm not accusing this store but it didn't feel right not seeing my sons switch packaged up. I should have demanded to see them package it because now I have no idea if it was ever in the box. At least if I saw them package it up I'd know it wasnt someone at the store who stole it. Nintendo told me they received a perfectly packaged unopened box with nothing in it but padding. Overall we got a bad deal from this store and I'll never go back accept to file my claim. If I could give no stars then I would. We are so disappointed. I took my son with me to use the whole experience as a teachable moment and the only teachable moment I have now is that people steal and you have to protect yourself.

The person working was absolutely lovely and a little busy so I left my package and returned later for pickup. Everything looked fine on the surface to me. Well, the shipment arrived damaged. The metal base was broken into pieces and the sterilizer was so damaged it leaks, so it is useless. I have been trying to contact them for a week now and they will not return phone calls or Facebook messages. I assume they have a process for reimbursing a client for goods damaged as a result of poor packaging, but I cannot get in touch with anyone to confirm or use it. At this point, I'm out approximately $500 for broken equipment, $50 for shipping, and the $18 I paid for subpar, UNprofessional packaging that caused these losses. And created a sad/bad ending to what had been a terrific eBay interaction. I will continue to try to contact Quality Box & Pack and update this review according to their response. But so far, I would advise you to go to the UPS store down in Olentangy Plaza. Javier was excellent to work with--very patient, diligent, and meticulous in helping pack and ship boxes.
