We spoke with Dave and we were suppose to get a few signs from him..First we wanted our opening soon sign first and a main sign with our logo for our business grand opening. He gave us a invoice with everything listed with bullet points to divide everything from what is what. We paid a deposit down of $1,000.00. Just to start it and get the opening soon sign out there. Our overall total was almost $3,000 for everything. We got a idea of how we wanted the design layout of the sign to be and after we told him our logo is a circle we would like the shape as the circle not a box around it, he made it seem like it would be extremely impossible to do and we asked them to please try because that's our logo and it came to him trying to charge us an additional 4,000$ on top on the 3,000$ we already got invoice for all the signs we wanted. There pricing is horrible and I feel like we were getting taking advantage of for being a small owned business. After that we just told him that was ridiculous and we found someone else who only charged 700$ for the same sign that they made it seem impossible to do but possible for another 4 thousand! Just to cut the sign into a circle because that's our logo.. smh so once we told him never mind we want to just cancel it and get our money back he then tells us he sent us a check in the mail with our money back. We waited 2 1/2 weeks and still no check came into the mail. We go to the store to ask where's our money and then he try's to give us 300$ out of the 1,000$ we chose to put down to start all of the signs! He shows us a whole other invoice he typed out that we never signed or agreed to of excessive charges for the only banner sign they did which was a paper opening soon sign that was only in the other invoice put at $100. We never discussed it being almost $600.00 either because if that was the case we would of have just said no then. We could buy that sign at Walgreens for $50.00. Same quality. Not only that we had to move it ourselves because the guy who put it up put it behind our bushes and it wasn't even visible! Now we are taking them to court for keeping our money and wasting our time!! Don't let them waste your time. So many other companies out there that care about your business like there own. They brought the chair and started to ring it up and told me they didn't have black and was gonna give me blue. I went home and ordered it a couple of days later on line to pick at the store. Also, I bought some paper and had them cut the ream in half. The employees are always helpful. For example, when their hand sanitizer was $2.00 a case, I bought six cases and they took it to my car. It was the same when I bought cases of water. Finally, they are open at 9:00 am on Saturday. I thought all stores were the same, so at first I went to the one on Morse Road only to find out they didn't open until 10:00 am. So I was thankful to come to this store.
