I did not want to make the trek back to the nearest store (Fort Wayne, IN) over an hour and a half away so i opted to mail back the return. I got the UPS pre-printed label from Macy's. As i was near this store on a different shopping trip in Lima, OH. I went in, gave my pre-printed label and boxed item to ship back to the store. They taped the label to the box and gave me a receipt. Simple and quick! In and out of the store in less than 3 minutes! Now thats efficient!

Several of these packages we have paid 2nd day air for. They refuse to drive down our driveway saying weather hazard - (2-3 days were acceptable of not driving down the driveway due to ice, the other times is just an excuse to not deliver). We are in Ohio, there will be some snow and ice. We keep our driveway clear (minus the part that we live in OHIO so there will be some - usually packed down on a stone drive!) Fedex, Amazon, customers picking up items come down my driveway every single day! We have had to drive 45 minutes to the warehouse to get our packages and we have had to drive around town to look for the truck to get our packages! My sister also gave the driver $20 after receiving her packages (after 8 days!) and asked him to please deliver to my address. He took the 20 bucks and never delivered. Highly suggest not using UPS during the winter months in Ohio!

He blamed UPS. As of 10-17, package still not received. Called Mark again and he said he'd have to "investigate" and it would take 8 days. Again, no concern for my inconvenience or loss of property. Tracked on UPS and saw that the package was never scanned by them. I suspect it was lost by Pak Mail and never made it to the UPS truck. Will never go there again.
