I found these cool items at an antique store that I felt were perfect for her. Came in, got them boxed and had them shipped out. Only thing was a bit of a wait with the guy in front of me. Only one person at this location and the guy had a lot to ship. Wish they would have had a second person helping out so I could go on my way.

I asked what I needed to do. He said I could tape them together. I said cool can I use some tape. He says nope then proceeds to try and sell me tape so I can send my package. This place is absolutely ridiculous. Prepare to be nickel and dimed. Customer service is poor at best if it exists at all. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Ended up parking a bit away and just walking down to the store. Today's visit was for a package pickup. I had ordered an item and chose to have it delivered to the closest UPS Access Point location. Service was friendly and pretty quick on the pickup process as there was one person in front of me. There was no cost for the delivery here or hold. I have shipped many packages from this location in the Short North and love that you can send packages here for pick up if needed.

I had a package that literally needed one strip of tape and the other employer, a woman, refused to do it unless I bought a $5 roll from them. I went to a UPS down the road.
