I called and scheduled a can for 3:10 pm at 11 something in the am. This is a Sunday. About 3:22 I call and ask where they are. The lady said she will be completeling a trip and she will be to get me they only have one driver. I work at an extremely busy restaurant and was scheduled at 3:30. I told her that wasn't my problem when I pay 16 dollars for a ride and schedule hours in advance I expect to be on time. 25 more mins go by. I try to call and no answer for almost 5 minutes! By this time I had called my brother and he was in town and close enough to where he could take me within 15 minutes. I called the cab company back again and she finally picked up. Said that the cab driver was still on the same trip that she had been on 25 minutes ago! I was extremely upset as I was already very late for work. She then hung up on me saying I was yelling. I called back over and over again and at this point hadn't been issued a refund yet. I had to install text now on my phone and call back from a different number to get her to answer the phone. She then said we're going to refund your money and left me without a ride for all they know and no money to pay for one because refunds aren't instant. This place is a joke use Lyft or Uber they are cheaper as I learned today.

My 15 year old son tried to work on it and snapped off a bolt. I left and later that evening I was talking with a neighbor and it was explained to me that you should always explain in detail what you want done or alot more may be found and done without your knowledge and rack up a bill. I'm a disabled veteran and on a fixed income. After a sleepless night I called Brian at snappy's and explained to him my situation and he was more than empathetic and I felt so relieved. that day my mower was finished and when picking it up the bill was more than reasonable I felt for all they went thru to fix it , dropping the deck which is no easy task for me and getting into that tight area to get to the parking break. I just want to say thanks to all of you at Snappy's for all your help, hard work, dedication and understanding.

    I am somewhat new to the area and asked for some recommendations for area businesses that can…read moresharpen my mower blade. I was presented with several options but chose Snappy's. Using their contact form on their website, I sent a request about blade sharpening. I never received a reply. However, since Snappy's is pretty close to my home and the reviews are good, I decided to go there anyway. Snappy's was easy to get to. Upon entering the store, I headed to the counter and a nice gentleman kindly assisted me. He said they do sharpen blades, and it would be about a week for the blade to be done (which is about the standard turnaround time for sharpening). I left the blade there and sure enough, about a week later I received a call that the blade was finished. When I picked up the blade, the blade had been well sharpened and also cleaned up as well as an old blade could be. I paid to the sharpening and was on my way. If it wasn't for the non-existent reply to my initial request submitted from their website, I would have given Snappy's 5 stars. I intend to use them again.
