I came by this Fedex around two months ago to shop two packages. The first package contained my Apple iwatch which was malfunctioning. I was shipping it back to apple as it was still in warranty and I needed them to fix it. The second package was a gift I got my best friend. I found these cool items at an antique store that I felt were perfect for her. Came in, got them boxed and had them shipped out. Only thing was a bit of a wait with the guy in front of me. Only one person at this location and the guy had a lot to ship. Wish they would have had a second person helping out so I could go on my way. read more

HORRIBLE!!! Was supposed to have my package on Tuesday. never came. I called and they were saying they tried to deliver but couldn't. that's false. they never showed up at my house. this happened 3 times where they claimed to "try to deliver" they never once came to my address. now they're telling me they have no clue where my package is and this is Friday! spoke to customer service and when I asked who else I could speak with that could help me the lady hung up on me. this is ridiculous. read more

FedEx Shipped should change it's name to FedEx Shafted. After Apple was kind enough to repair my MacBook with a one-day turnaround, FedEx royally bungled the return. According to the FedEx shipping tracker, my MacBook would be returned by 10:30 a.m. Friday. So I sat in my living room all morning Friday and into the afternoon, reading a book and watching the front window. No one came. At 1 p.m., I decided to go to work and check the shipping status with my office computer. According to FedEx, a delivery attempt was made at 10:29 a.m., and I wasn't home. Funny, I could swear I was sitting 10 feet from the door. FedEx said another delivery attempt would be made May 26, four days later. Why not May 23, 24 or 25? So I drove to the shipping center May 23 at 1 p.m. Turns out it closes at noon. Noon! Now, I'm a newspaper employee. If we operated the way FedEx does, we'd be out of business in a month. When your job is to deliver critical packages quickly, you have to go beyond 9-5 ... at least beyond 8-12. read more

Do not order anything and try to get it delivered by Fedex, they suck royal starfish pie holes. So, was awaiting paperwork for my NY attorneys bond that has to be taken care of right away. I paid the extra money to have it delivered to my house in Mt. Victory and the driver claims he put a call tag on the door, that he tried to deliver, so I called. The dispatch told me I had to drive to Lima to come pick up my package, which I refused to do. Why cant the driver deliver it to my house, he goes next door frequently, dispatch said I wasn't home to sign. Well, he never came to the door, never left a door tag which means he could care less. They then said I could go to Bellefontaine to pick up at Walgreens on Sunday. So I drove the 23 miles there and alas, no friggin package. Now I'm pissed. Called today and they said it was delivered at the Walgreens at 11 am.....bottom line, if ANYTHING has to be delivered and they use FedEx as their delivery service, I will not even purchase. UPS comes to my house all the time no issue but FedEx, not...if I could give zero stars or -10 stars would do no problem. They lack any sort of professionalism and would steer far, far away. run other direction read more

Have never had an issue to speak of. Always friendly and is usually not too crowded. Rarely have to wait. It is a small center but easy to access. read more

Horrible hub No service Expect to loose your package and get no help or service I had a package that required signature On tracking the package it said package was delivered and signed for ( fake name used) I went to the hub where I stood there asking for someone to contact the person who should have delivered the package only one lady was helpful the other one did not care and told me the manager comes over three hours later So I should wait till them and that there is nothing she can do Then I was told that the FedEx driver was contacted and that he put the package in my mail box ( squeezed a friable object in my mail box) I said why would he do that when the package requires a signature They said he must have pressed the wrong button I said how could he press the wrong button and put a fake name there I called the police and I made it clear that I consider that theft and the police asked me to go home and they will either stop by or I could stop there and make a report Miraculously the package showed at my house by 530 to 6 pm and was given to my child without any signature This after it was tacked as delivered at 409 when it was neither delivered and according to the story from the hub was left on the mail box Moreover the manager never bothered to call me or apologize about his employees behavior I documented that so people are aware of their package delivery and that if something goes mising and never arrives then they have that background .
