I have bought several tools from HF also. I've had one issue and HF made it right. Other than that…read moreI've always knew what I was using their tools for. This store makes tools affordable for non professionals. You don't want to use these tools if you're like a professional mechanic. Milan....Really? If you kept having such bad experiences why would keep going back. I would have quit going back after 3 bad tools.

I have used a variety of HF tools for home use. I haven't been disappointed yet. You have to know…read morewhat you are going to be using the tools for. I like to stop in every once in awhile just to see what new stuff they have. On my most recent trip…read morethis past week I actually walked out without purchasing one thing. Like Joann's they seem to be aiming more towards home decor and not so much craft supplies. I feel like a couple areas have been downsized to make way for more home decor. This store could also use a little updating. Service is usually okay. Most staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The prices on some things are a little high and I hate that they don't offer coupons and now you have to wait for certain things you need to go on sale before they are even affordable.

I came to Hobby Lobby because I needed to buy some Greco-Roman style columns. I had two in my old…read morehouse, and they didn't survive the move. One came completely broken. I had two busts of Greco-Roman gods that i would display on those columns, Apollo and Diana/Artemis and I wanted to do the same in the new house I moved to. So began my desperate search to find replacements. Almost all the stores I found, the replacements would have been into the hundreds of dollars. I was lucky to find them available in Hobby Lobby for about $20! Yeah that's just a fraction of the price. I called the store, and I was quickly answered by a helpful store associate. She advised there were plenty of columns for sale in the store. She said she didn't think I had anything to worry about not getting them but that she would hold two for me. She actually did! Wish I would have kept her name. Anyway she helped me get the columns into my cart. I then looked around and did some more shopping. Plenty of decor for both inside and outside of your home can be found here. I may return again to purchase more items. I happily went to the cash register, and added some chocolate coins to my purchase. After payment, I happily exited the store with my roman columns while eating chocolate. Excellent store experience!

So glad a Michaels opened in Lima. The only other one in the area is in far away Fort Wayne. I used…read moreto constantly shop in Michaels when I loved in Florida because it is a great place to find art/craft supplies, christmas decor and it is a great place to get things framed for a good price. This Michaels is no different. They have art/craft supplies and a section for framing. I was here, though, for the Christmas decor and ornaments and bought some while here. I will say, though, it is a small Michaels, possibly the smallest I have been too. Still, it got the job done and I got what I needed. Store employees are friendly and I spent less than 5 minutes in line to get my stuff ringed up.

Great store and good sleshen of stuff and friendly employees and good service, highly recommend!read more

This was my first experience with snappy's, I dropped my lawn tractor off and was in a hurry and…read morejust told them that my parking brake was not working. My 15 year old son tried to work on it and snapped off a bolt. I left and later that evening I was talking with a neighbor and it was explained to me that you should always explain in detail what you want done or alot more may be found and done without your knowledge and rack up a bill. I'm a disabled veteran and on a fixed income. After a sleepless night I called Brian at snappy's and explained to him my situation and he was more than empathetic and I felt so relieved. that day my mower was finished and when picking it up the bill was more than reasonable I felt for all they went thru to fix it , dropping the deck which is no easy task for me and getting into that tight area to get to the parking break. I just want to say thanks to all of you at Snappy's for all your help, hard work, dedication and understanding.

I am somewhat new to the area and asked for some recommendations for area businesses that can…read moresharpen my mower blade. I was presented with several options but chose Snappy's. Using their contact form on their website, I sent a request about blade sharpening. I never received a reply. However, since Snappy's is pretty close to my home and the reviews are good, I decided to go there anyway. Snappy's was easy to get to. Upon entering the store, I headed to the counter and a nice gentleman kindly assisted me. He said they do sharpen blades, and it would be about a week for the blade to be done (which is about the standard turnaround time for sharpening). I left the blade there and sure enough, about a week later I received a call that the blade was finished. When I picked up the blade, the blade had been well sharpened and also cleaned up as well as an old blade could be. I paid to the sharpening and was on my way. If it wasn't for the non-existent reply to my initial request submitted from their website, I would have given Snappy's 5 stars. I intend to use them again.
