First guy I talked to was rude and assured me if it was done I would of gotten a call. He reluctantly went to check. 15 minutes go by and I get a young man pick up the phone to see who is on hold. I told him I'm just checking on the screen I brought in to get repaired. He went to check, 10 more minutes go by and he picks up the phone and tells me they lost it and cant do anything for me. I told him what the damage was, maybe that way he could look (Maybe the name fell off the screen). Nope, came back and said they have 4 screens, 2 are repaired and 2 don't have names on them. All I get was silence, then an "anything else I can do for you". Now I have to drive there and help them try to find my screen. Unreal... It took 33 minutes on the phone for them to tell me they lost my screen.

There aren't really price tags, so you need to watch and read the signage at the end of the rows, if it matches up. There is a small maternity section over by the lingerie and scrubs. They've also got a large array of blankets, books, toys, and decorations. There are a few furniture pieces, but not a lot of big ones, as there's not a lot of room in the smaller store. They clothes are marked with colored tags sticking out and you can coordinate those with whats on the board when you walk in as to what's on sale that day. It has a pretty decent selection of clothes as well as odds and ends. It seems that the stuff in this store is a little nicer and more well kept than most too.

I moved to a nearby town back in 2020 and will admit to doing something people from where I come from (Miami, Florida) do. They completely ignore people and the situation and do what they want. See I did not notice a huge line of people waiting to be let in, in small groups at a time into the store. I just boom, walked in and started shopping. Thankfully for me, no one noticed! At least no store employee did. I got the stuff I was looking for, got helped by a store employee even to find them. I was then was reminded by a different store employee to remember to go on my app for coupons and rebates if I was a rewards member, which I had completely forgotten about! That saved me some money! The line to pay for my items was a little long and took me 20 minutes to get thru, but thats rather quick for Black Friday. Then I walked out, and to my chagrin i then noticed the line! Wow! I felt really bad! The line went down a large length of the mall! Apologies to everyone I skipped!!! Anyway, my family and I got the stuff I needed... in record time...

Except for one bad experience many years ago at a store in Cutler Bay, Florida... i have never regretted spending my money at a Men's Wearhouse. So after not buying any of the above type of clothing since June/July of 2019 due to covid and because i have tons of business meetings/conferences coming up, i needed a new wardrobe. I came to this Men's Warehouse in Lima because it was the nearest location to my home. Walking into this location, i have to say that it is the smallest Mens Warehouse location i have ever been inside and i have been to plenty of their stores in Miami. Do not expect a large selection here. Although i was able to find a good amount of the items I needed, there was a significant portion of what I bought that had to be ordered. Also, expect to wait while at this location. Its not fault of the staff either. Every time i have gone, i have seen the same two women working at this store... one of them being the assistant manager. They hustle! They work really hard and they give amazing customer service. They are just obviously overwhelmed. There is enough business/work here for their staff to be easily doubled or tripled. But these two take care of phone calls, alterations, tuxedo rentals, pickup from customers, purchases, orders, etc. Every other Men's Wearhouse i have gone to have at least 3 or more salespeople alone, along with a manager and one person handling the alterations. These two women are handling the work of like six people... and they do it with a smile. Still, be warned... you will wait. Besides buying clothing, i also had to have my custom suit altered a bit along with altering some of the clothing i bought... again it was done well so no complaints from me. All in all, its a great Mens Wearhouse. Considering the business it has... it should expand... both in size of the store, merchandise it has available and most importantly in staff.
