The staff is friendly and eager to help. (Shout out to Erin and Stacy) Some people in our group made signs, a tabletop and I opted to make a pillow cover. Each project had a custom stencil that was ordered and made prior to our arrival. What I learned was NOT to move ahead of your project prior to getting guidance or assistance. There could be a possibility you make a mistake or miss a crucial step that messes things up. Don't be afraid to ask for help or get tips and how-to's from the staff. Made for a brief visit. I didn't walk around much but the store itself is pretty open. They've got a lot of things in there as it seems to be a go-to place for school stuff. I saw a few parents with their kids in here, but it wasn't overly busy since it was around 4:30 on a Thursday.
