Except for one bad experience many years ago at a store in Cutler Bay, Florida... i have never regretted spending my money at a Men's Wearhouse. So after not buying any of the above type of clothing since June/July of 2019 due to covid and because i have tons of business meetings/conferences coming up, i needed a new wardrobe. I came to this Men's Warehouse in Lima because it was the nearest location to my home. Walking into this location, i have to say that it is the smallest Mens Warehouse location i have ever been inside and i have been to plenty of their stores in Miami. Do not expect a large selection here. Although i was able to find a good amount of the items I needed, there was a significant portion of what I bought that had to be ordered. Also, expect to wait while at this location. Its not fault of the staff either. Every time i have gone, i have seen the same two women working at this store... one of them being the assistant manager. They hustle! They work really hard and they give amazing customer service. They are just obviously overwhelmed. There is enough business/work here for their staff to be easily doubled or tripled. But these two take care of phone calls, alterations, tuxedo rentals, pickup from customers, purchases, orders, etc. Every other Men's Wearhouse i have gone to have at least 3 or more salespeople alone, along with a manager and one person handling the alterations. These two women are handling the work of like six people... and they do it with a smile. Still, be warned... you will wait. Besides buying clothing, i also had to have my custom suit altered a bit along with altering some of the clothing i bought... again it was done well so no complaints from me. All in all, its a great Mens Wearhouse. Considering the business it has... it should expand... both in size of the store, merchandise it has available and most importantly in staff.

I came to Hobby Lobby because I needed to buy some Greco-Roman style columns. I had two in my old…read morehouse, and they didn't survive the move. One came completely broken. I had two busts of Greco-Roman gods that i would display on those columns, Apollo and Diana/Artemis and I wanted to do the same in the new house I moved to. So began my desperate search to find replacements. Almost all the stores I found, the replacements would have been into the hundreds of dollars. I was lucky to find them available in Hobby Lobby for about $20! Yeah that's just a fraction of the price. I called the store, and I was quickly answered by a helpful store associate. She advised there were plenty of columns for sale in the store. She said she didn't think I had anything to worry about not getting them but that she would hold two for me. She actually did! Wish I would have kept her name. Anyway she helped me get the columns into my cart. I then looked around and did some more shopping. Plenty of decor for both inside and outside of your home can be found here. I may return again to purchase more items. I happily went to the cash register, and added some chocolate coins to my purchase. After payment, I happily exited the store with my roman columns while eating chocolate. Unprofessional, Embarrassing, and Unacceptable Behavior from Tammy and Cindy…read more I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt it was absolutely necessary to speak up about the appalling behavior I witnessed during my recent visit. The experience was so unprofessional and uncomfortable that I can't stay silent. While I was in the store I observed two employees--Tammy and Cindy--engaging in behavior that was not only unprofessional but downright bullying. They were openly yelling at another employee who was clearly new and still in training. This poor individual was doing their best, clearly nervous, and instead of being supported or coached, they were berated in front of customers for minor mistakes. It wasn't a one-time correction or a quick aside--it was loud, prolonged, and humiliating. Tammy and Cindy were both talking over each other, correcting the new employee harshly in front of everyone, and their tone was condescending and aggressive. It was obvious to anyone within earshot that this was not the first time they had treated someone this way. I could see the trainee trying to keep it together, but it was heartbreaking to watch. They looked completely overwhelmed and embarrassed, and honestly, I wouldn't blame them if they walked out and never came back. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially someone who is still learning the ropes. How do you expect someone to grow or succeed in their role when they're being verbally attacked and belittled? The entire interaction made me feel uncomfortable and frustrated as a customer. If this is how management allows their staff to act toward one another, I have serious concerns about how the business is run behind the scenes. It reflects poorly not just on Tammy and Cindy, but on whoever is in charge for allowing such behavior to go unchecked. Tammy and Cindy need to be reprimanded, retrained on professional conduct, or seriously reconsidered for leadership positions--if they even hold them. No one should be subjected to that kind of treatment at work, especially not someone who is clearly still trying to find their footing. The behavior was toxic, unacceptable, and creates a hostile work environment. I sincerely hope someone in upper management sees this and takes real action. If not, I can't imagine this workplace retaining good staff--or loyal customers--for long.
