Like Joann's they seem to be aiming more towards home decor and not so much craft supplies. I feel like a couple areas have been downsized to make way for more home decor. This store could also use a little updating. Service is usually okay. Most staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The prices on some things are a little high and I hate that they don't offer coupons and now you have to wait for certain things you need to go on sale before they are even affordable.

I came to Hobby Lobby because I needed to buy some Greco-Roman style columns. I had two in my old…read morehouse, and they didn't survive the move. One came completely broken. I had two busts of Greco-Roman gods that i would display on those columns, Apollo and Diana/Artemis and I wanted to do the same in the new house I moved to. So began my desperate search to find replacements. Almost all the stores I found, the replacements would have been into the hundreds of dollars. I was lucky to find them available in Hobby Lobby for about $20! Yeah that's just a fraction of the price. I called the store, and I was quickly answered by a helpful store associate. She advised there were plenty of columns for sale in the store. She said she didn't think I had anything to worry about not getting them but that she would hold two for me. She actually did! Wish I would have kept her name. Anyway she helped me get the columns into my cart. I then looked around and did some more shopping. Plenty of decor for both inside and outside of your home can be found here. I may return again to purchase more items. I happily went to the cash register, and added some chocolate coins to my purchase. After payment, I happily exited the store with my roman columns while eating chocolate. I want to share my personal experience doing business with Jen's Collectibles Too in Lima…read more Over the past three months, I trusted this business with several items, and unfortunately, I ended up losing over $400 due to what I believe were dishonest and careless business practices. One of the most upsetting situations involved an employee named Megan selling items for far below the clearly marked prices. For example, I had a 1989 Collector's Choice Ken Griffey Jr. card clearly marked at $111.00, but it was sold for only $11.00. That is not a small mistake. That is a $100 difference on one item alone. When I confronted Megan about what happened, instead of taking accountability or trying to resolve the situation professionally, she immediately became defensive, started cussing at me, and tried to turn the situation around like I was the problem. I gave this place three months of my time, trust, and business, and I regret it. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone thinking about doing business with Jen's Collectibles Too. Make sure you document everything, track every item, take pictures of your marked prices, and do not assume your items will be handled honestly or professionally. I do not take posting something like this lightly, but people deserve to know what happened so they can protect themselves.

I stumbled upon this store way back in February/March during the Van Wert Chocolate Walk. It was on of the stops and the moment I walked in the store, i gave an audible gasp. This place was beautiful! The decor was amazing! I was immediately imagining how it would look like in the house i was buying. I knew at that moment this store was dangerous... because it would separate me from my money in no time! I spoke with the owner of the store, Joanne, when i found out that they also did drapes. My new home came with some awfully garish drapes... purple drapes!?!?! Black drapes for a dining room? Ridiculous! I needed some new drapes and Joanne promised me she would show me some great options. She came to my new home and measured, she came up with someone wonderful ideas. During this time i also found out she was an interior designer. I just hired her to help me decorate the home and get me new drapes and decor to make my home beautiful. This was a great decision! Joanne has impeccable taste! She listens and understands the type of style her customers have... she then takes that and brings pieces that tastefully use that style to adorn and enrich your home. So much of my home decor now is from her store! I love how beautiful my home is!!!! Love it!!!!! If you are looking to change the drapes in your home... this is the place! The Granary has beautiful furniture, but if you want custom made pieces, look elsewhere. After…read morewaiting 3 months for my piece, they did not follow instructions. I didn't like a shelf so close to the floor, because I wanted to be able to clean under it, with ease. I also wanted the shelf to be 14" below the drawers, so that my CPAP machine could reach my bed. When it was delivered, those instructions were on the bill, and yet, they still didn't adhere to instructions. They did not communicate with me, unless I called and called. I paid nearly $600 for this sofa table, so I expected to get what I ordered. I was so tired of hassling with them, that I chose to keep the piece, rather than wait another 3 months. I will not shop at The Granary again.

They tore up the cheap pressed cardboard entertainment stand in like a year. The doors fell off and it was all scratched up. We started looking for a new one. All the low quality options at Target and Wal Mart were pretty expensive. We ended up going to The Granary and for not too much more money we purchased an oak custom made entertainment stand. It has held up very well and we are so happy with it. The Granary quality is unmatched with friendly and helpful staff.

They have some reasonable basics like the sleeveless mock neck shirts that layer nicely under anything or look great alone. They were very helpful when I fell in love with an adorable jacket that was unfortunately not in my size, they offered to check there inventory back at their shop on Monday. True to their word I lucked out and have it on the way to me. I hope to visit Kelly's Boutique at their location in Lima, Ohio when I get over that way. I can only imagine all the treasures I will find to fit my fancy.
