The team on-site put in the extra effort to ensure each installation was solid. As always with window replacement - you never know really what's going to be there, and they met each 'reveal' and challenge with professional support, repairing the rough opening as needed to ensure these installations will last. Excellent service and workmanship - they treated our house like their own. Couldn't ask for more - highly recommend!

He committed to the timeframe and even went above and beyond coming on what I would consider "off" days to ensure I was happy and satisfied with his work. He added a personal touch to all of his work and helped me make better decisions on quality products rather than the products for a lower price. He was very easy to work with, his office manager always was prompt to send invoices, and I liked the ease of making online payments. I was able to have a beautiful bathroom that my family can use and not worry about things not working properly. I can also rest assured my mother to safely getting into the shower and not worry about her falling getting the tub.

After it was completed, I found out there is an issue with the window installation. We cant properly use the window! I texted Bob and he said he would come by it a later date. He completely GHOSTED us. Wont reply at all. His staff installed a roof. We are happy with the roof. We did find nails in the grass for quite awhile. The only issue here is the drip strip was installed before the old gutters were taken off- and has snips for the old gutters, and then the new gutters were installed there's more snips for those. Bob told us that he would come by the following summer to fix/replace them drip strips. No show- no replies. Gave up. He put vinyl siding up out front. We asked for a scalloped siding up at the top. While we were on vacation, he texted a picture of it completed- he ran out if the scalloped and added cedar at the top to finish it. We didnt want cedar there. Back and forth with my husband about that, and he did come fix that. Its not perfect, and cuts are noticable from the street. (That was before he got final payment) He painted 3 sides of our house. The guys showed up, and started painting the bugs and cobwebs to the house. We asked them to stop and come back the following week so that WE could power wash the house. I still cant believe that!! There are paint runs in some places, and I had to go around the house with a paint brush to touch up the undersides of siding that was missed. When the painter ran out of paint-I was the one that ran to Menards and get more- out of MY pocket. And then the windows. We had 2 installed. One is fine. The other, isn't right. I can't slide the top pane of glass down to clean. I texted him right away and he said a family member was in the hospital, and he would come by it a later date to check it out. No more replies after that. So disappointed. I gave him more than enough time to follow thru before posting this review. I hate leaving bad reviews, and try to use small local businesses as much as possible. I want to high school with Bob, and several of our classmates recommended him. Only to find out afyer- they had never actually used him. Seriously disappointed. Will not recommend to anyone.

One word defines Bee Gee Realty: Awesome! I am so glad I went with this company to help me find a…read morenew house! I got them because the company who ultimately hired/recruited me pretty much told me after I met with them... call these guys and look for a house. So I called them. I dealt with two individuals: Bob and Rob Gamble, father and son team. Though, Rob was ultimately by realtor... his father Bob took me around looking for houses in my first go around as Rob was doing an auction at the time. Bob picked me up from the hotel and while he was looking for houses, he also gave me a tour of the town. He showed me where the local Catholic Church was (I asked because my mother wanted to know), where the hospital was located, where the grocery stores were, the art center, movie theatre and the performing arts center was located. He also got me a tour of the performing arts center! Now that's awesome! He, of course, showed me the houses and that's where I first saw the house I ultimately bought. Beautiful 3 bed, 3 bath, 3 garage house... 1 acre... beautiful house. So many parts of it made me fall in love... the master bath with whirlpool tub... the pine trees all over the yard... the dining room with the columns... Perfect? No it needed some work done... also I wish it had been 4 bed... but it was gorgeous! I later looked at more houses on another day with Rob. Both were patient, understanding and incredibly helpful. Rob went above and beyond as a realtor. He understood I was moving from Miami, and so he helped me as much as he could. I would call him with questions I would normally not ask a realtor like: Do you know a flooring person? Do you know who to call to set up trash pick up? Etc. I bombarded him with questions in all hours of the day... and he was nice enough to answer me... always friendly... always with great advice. When my department threw me a welcome party to welcome me both to the company and to the area, he showed up just to welcome me into town. The gambles are just wonderful realtors and people. If you are looking for a great realtor, call Beegee and ask for either Rob or Bob Gamble. They will find and guide you to the right house.

I was coming back from Nappanee, In after having $40k of solar installed. On the way back to Ohio I followed the GPS in my truck. It took me off of Rt. 30 onto surface streets. I followed the GPS as it had me turn left. A 1/4 mile down that road was an underpass marked 9' 9". My RV was 11.5 feet tall before the panels were installed. I stopped and got out of my truck to try to figure out what to do. I was holding up traffic and people were being nasty, honking horns, cussing at me, no one interested in trying to help. Until JJ showed up. He asked if I'd like help and I said YES. He went to where I'd needed to back up to another street and get out. He blocked the street with his truck informing those waiting what we were going to do. I was at the other end trying to stop traffic. An off duty police officer was waiting and when she got to me she rolled down her window to scream at me, but offered no help. Once we were ready to back it up, JJ could see I'm a rookie at backing up my rig and asked if I wanted him to take over. Again I answered YES. He jumped in and got it out of the was in 30 seconds. Afterwards people kept honking their horns angrily while others continued to spew obscenities. JJ handed me his card and told me how to get back on track. JJ could have driven by, he could have honked his horn or cussed me out too. Instead, he saved the day. I've lost most faith in humanity these days, but JJ has restored it. Based on my experience, I know all I need to know about JJ and by inference, his company. I can't find the words to properly thank JJ. If I lived in his area, he and TopLine would get all of my business. Adversity doesn't build character, it exposes it. JJ has been exposed as wonderful human being. I am in his debt. Thank you JJ, you saved my bacon!
