I received no shipping confirmation and no tracking information and I have no received no response to any of my inquiries for over two weeks. Customer service was great at first, she very flexible and speedy with her replies!! I paid for my suit and received it in the mail several weeks later!! I loved it, except my bottoms were too big! They were way more than 50% coverage which is what I ordered!! I wanted a more competition appropriate cut on my bottoms so I asked how much for her to make me a pair to match my top that would be appropriate for the stage!! she said no charge she could make them it would take about a week because she already had the pattern fabric and glitter. She asked when I needed them by, the date was two weeks away and I never heard anything back after that one way or the other! The date I needed them by had passed so I emailed her again inquiring about said bottoms! No reply, so she had posted on Facebook and I commented asking if she had received my emails I was concerned she had not because it had been two weeks since we last spoke!! In no way was I bashing her or her business I was just concerned! Well this got her attention and she was very rude to me making it sound as if she was doing me a favor by making them like I expected them for free!! I offered numerous times to purchase bottoms!! She continued on to make it sound like i was being unreasonable!! She is very unprofessional and lacks good communication!! Here I am two weeks away from my very first competition with bottoms that do not fit!! And ripple has blocked me from her site!! I think it's safe to assume I will not get those bottoms I was promised!! In all of our conversations/ emails I had been nothing short of very grateful and appreciative and was mad to feel terrible and that I was the one in the wrong :(

Which, goody for them, all the really rich folks do not ever have to walk more than 5-10 steps before partaking in their $150 per plate meals. Don't these people have their own drivers? Tommy Bahama and all shops along that strip have lost my business. If they can't keep the lot the way it's always been, first come first serve, pay the meter, then they are wimps and do not deserve my business. Too bad, I love their merchandise, just not their backbone, which seems to be non-existent. How does this move set with average hard working people who save their money to occasionally buy something nice at places like Tommy Bahama? Not well. Hi
