I came to Kohls with my family over a month ago because we were looking for new clothes. We had a huge trip we were going on and hoped to find some good clothes for a good price. Clothing selection isn't what it used to be. It's too senior based and not enough for young women or men anymore.

I was shopping here recently with my mother, and we needed help in the electronic section with one of the managers, I think her name was kendra.. when we asked her for a key to look at the newest Amazon Alexa, she huffed and puffed and blew the house down in frustration. Not the experience I was hoping to have, I felt like a burden. I will now be shopping at JCPenney's. read more

Prices are ok sometimes. But selection is horrible, especially for tall or big guys. All the dress shirts were "slim fit." Even tried other stores. Same issue. If you're a guy you may want to look elsewhere. read more

I'm a fan of Kohl's, but the one in Lima wasn't the best. I first noticed that there was only one entrance, and the store was really small. When we were shopping, all of the merchandise was close together. There wasn't a lot of room between aisles. Everything was very limited due to the size of the store. read more

I was at the Lima Kohl's store looking for a microwave. I found exactly the size i needed, but it was not in stock at the Lima store. A young lady with a name tag that said Brittany G helped me at a kiosk to locate one. She had to do quite a bit of extra helping because my discover card did not allow the purchase , Brittany was most kind and used my MasterCard which worked very quickly. My mom scored a $270 bed set on sale for $80. Then, the cashier gave her a $20 Kohls Cash coupon. A day later, mom returned to use the Kohls Cash and discovered it wasn't valid until a day after she was scheduled to fly back to Arizona. The customer service desk was nice enough to let my mom use the Kohls Cash two days early. On top of that, the clerk noticed a mailer coupon that applied another 15% off the purchase. She clipped it out from a sheet behind her desk and slapped a few bucks off our purchase. For having awesome customer service and impressing my mom, Kohls gets my mark of approval. read more

I'm only giving Kohl's a 1-star because it can't go any lower! This was the WORST experience I have ever had with Kohl's. I have been shopping here (at Kohl's) for about 16 years. I made purchase on October 14th, 2019 in store and received Kohl's cash. On the Kohl's cash slip given IN STORE it states, "Stash your cash (and more) with the Kohl's app! Your Kohl's cash will be automatically added to your wallet. and(by the way 'and' was in bold)we'll remind you to use it before it expires. Redeem it at checkout. So Easy!" What a crock of crap! I never received a notice of impending expiration. So here we are ONE day after expiration, because I never received the notice. Keep in mind I don't hold on to the paper "cash" because it's in my wallet on the Kohl's app! I call the customer service number to try and see what can be done to get the Kohl's cash back and I would only need it for today, October 28th, 2019. I was told that because I bought my purchase IN STORE, I was not going to ever receive a notice! How does that make any sense if the Kohl's cash is in my wallet, and my email and app are up to date, why would I not get a notice and miss out on $30? Either honor what you, Kohl's put on paper, or change what you are promising to the truth! read more
