It's in need of a little TLC and sometimes can be a bit dirty in the food area but that seems to be because of being understaffed. One poor guy ran the whole food court area when I went around 6pm on a Wednesday. For the most part every worker there was friendly and helpful. read more

Coming to Sam's Club was really disappointing. I will preface this by saying i have never set foot in a Sam's Club before my visit. I am unsure, then, if this is just how all Sam's Clubs are or if it is just this one. I had been a member of their competitor Costco for many years down in Florida, but ended my membership during the pandemic especially since the nearest one is in Fort Wayne. I love wholesale clubs because you can score some great bargains on daily essentials like meat, canned goods, cleaning products, etc. Also, they have luxury items at great prices to like wines, nice cloths, electronics, and gifts. At least, that is what I am used to. As i walked into Sam's, one word that came to mind was blah. The store was smaller than what i am used to. The selection was lacking. I just wasn't at all impressed with anything. Sure... i guess there was an item or two that caught my eye... but not enough to warrant the membership. read more

I will stop here from time to time as I travel for work as this Sam's has both the store and the gas station and have never had an issue. While this location is off the beaten path, the gps will get you there if you do not know where you are going. I usually am not stopping during peak hours so I have not had a bad experience in the lines or in the store. The layout to this location is unique as are many Sam's so if you have shopped at other locations it will look different and may take you a little longer to find what you are looking for. There are a lot of good deals at Sams if you shop smart and buy in bulk what you are going to consume in a reasonable amount of time. If you are a business owner this place is gold. I have found that the prices at the gas station are some of the best in the country no matter where you go. When you drive by all the other stations, it will put a smile on your face knowing you are paying 10-50 cents cheaper than a non Sam's member. What I save on gas pays for my membership ten times over every year. read more

DO NOT use this Sam's Club gas station it is manned by extremely rude and unprofessional individuals. It is very poorly managed with no arrows or direction and you are expected to "back in wherever you can" while being yelled at by staff. read more

I would give the store and it's staff five stars, because I really love shopping here. The biggest issue for me is that every time I go I end up feeling like prey. There are constantly third party sales people trying to sell something or your asked to upgrade your membership. After paying a yearly fee to shop here, I just get a little irritated with feeling like I have to fend off pushy salespeople. I feel for the staff, as they probably have to ask you to upgrade your membership every time. Certainly makes you, as the customer, feel frustrated that your patronage is never good enough. read more

Let me start by saying generally I love Sam's but had a disappointment when I decided to stopped at Sam's club to do some shopping and had the worst experience so I went there to speak to manager Zach and Ariana about the situation. They was the most disrespectful persons I ever talked to. Very rude as well and does not have any manager experience and does not know how to talk to customers. I will never again stop to shop here. Like most warehouse clubs this SAMs Club is huge with what seems endless choices from servicing your car to servicing your health! They can also feed and dress you! Sometimes the really big offerings are too big for me because I can't use 1000 paper plates but I can use 42 pounds of cat litter! I enjoy checking out their unusual seasonal offerings but most of all I like their reasonable prices! read more

Has almost everything thing you need food items even has it's own little diner I recommend coming to this place to shop

took our yukon in to have tires rotated and battery checked as it was not keeping a charge. were told it would take 45 minutes, two hours later it was done . this was a Tuesday morning and only one other car in service bay. We were never paged as it was done and kept going back every 15 minutes after the original 45 minute time frame, we were satisfied with the tire service , buit deeply disappointed with the battery service.. were told they couldn't check it because of the way it sits in engine compartment, total lie. they installed it . then said they didn't have the right tools . all cars take the same metric tool to replace the battery bracket. said it needed to be charged, but not defective, again a lie. don't think they even tested it, as we took it to O'Reillys from there and they hooked the same battery tester up and said it was definitely bad. son and husband checked it later that night after doing errands and it was hot, pretty much had burned itself up. when we asked to have them check and see when we had bought , were told that we had to go to service desk as their computer couldn't get into the major system. when we got back into the car, checked the service order and said that they battery check was denied, pretty sure now they never ever checked it. when we go backk to replace, the store manager will be involved. read more
