We have tried three times now to get flooring and their Flooring department has failed miserably. We were going to use Lowe's to install flooring in our basement. Someone came out and measured, but no one ever followed up with the pricing and next steps. Then we tried to get carpet for our bedrooms. Had an appointment set for August 20th between 8-12:00 for measurements. No one ever came. We called our local store (Flooring Department) and they said they would call us back within 15 minutes. We never heard back from them. We called them today and all we got was the run around. We told them forget it because we purchased our flooring through Northwest Flooring in Lima, Ohio. Do better Lowe's Flooring in Lima, Ohio.

This is not exactly a sexy company, as a manufacturer that is best known for its drip pans and…read morebroiler pans for stoves and ovens. But it is an outstanding company producing well-made products that can improve your quality of life, sold for a reasonable price. I use the drip pans manufactured by Range Kleen, for my gas stove. They have a 1-year guarantee, but they are well made and I think this guarantee is unnecessary...they will last far longer. They save time on cleaning the stove...instead of difficult, time-consuming scrubbing, I can pop the pans out periodically and clean them very quickly, then put them back. They are attractive and make my stove look classier and fancier than it would without the drip pans. Futhermore, these pans are manufactured in the USA. I'm very grateful for this company and its products. It may not be the most high-profile company but I want to share with others that I think this is one company that is doing its part to improve people's quality-of-life by doing honest business, selling high-quality American-made goods at reasonable prices.

It was like I was cursed! My ice machine was being handled by the manufacturer under warranty, i had to replace the oven door but was waiting delivery, but I needed to do something about my washer. I called A-1 Appliance repair. They came and easily fixed the issue for a lot more reasonable price than what I was quoted by other appliance repair shops. I was at work during the time they repaired by washer, but my family said the techs were friendly. Great experience. I am keeping their number as you never know when you will need an appliance repair in the future!

It is so bad it feels like a scam towards manipulating consumers. On April 20 a repairman came to our house as our freezer stopped working. He was nice and seemed knowledgeable.....and diagnosed the problem. We were asked to pay $500.00 for the part which seemed reasonable and he scheduled to be back in 1 week on the 27th (which is a Monday). On Friday the 24th we received a call stating the part was lost in transit and they would reschedule. This is the last communication we have had about our service and it has been two full weeks since the cancellation, three since the visit. The number you can call for help is actually a call center somewhere in Texas......and they have no way to resolve any issues or provide any information as Mr Appliance of Western Ohio is a franchise. Each time you call they try and contact the local office (and get no response) and then promise to escalate the issue to the escalation department who will call back the same day. We have called every business day since April 27 (10 business days now) and heard the same speech and never once gotten a phone call back or any information regarding the part or service. We have requested a refund numerous times as we have already resolved the freezer problem---and of course they have to contact the local office and the escalation department will handle it......which truly feels like a way just to get us off the phone.....as it never happens. We even believed it fair for them to deduct a diagnostic fee for the tech coming to our home.....and offered this reasonable resolution. We requested a tracking number for the part the day they cancelled the appointment which they could not provide. Mr Appliance is owned by Neighborly which has a very detailed program on how you can become a franchise owner---and then they distance themselves from any accountability as we called Neighborly and of course it is another call center. I wish we had read all the reviews prior to calling Mr Appliance. It has been 2 full weeks since our appointment was cancelled and we have not received one update. I do not think we will ever get our money back and the only recourse we have is to warn as many people as possible not to call Mr Appliance. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
