I had a terrible buying experience at Bestbuy when i moved and they pretty much lied to me, mistreated me and my family and left me holding the bag. I was told by a contractor/handyman i knew to call Tracy's... super glad i did! I spoke with Lexi who i told what happened and she advised me she would find me the perfect cooktop and wall oven for my kitchen. I even decided to go and have a garbage disposal also installed. She definitely came through for me and my family! We did all our transactions via phone and email (due to covid). She kept me informed throughout the entire process, even emailed me once while she was on vacation... that takes dedication! Everyone i interacted with in this store/business was friend and courteous. They got the job done! I love my new appliances and wish i had bought them all at this store. They won my loyalty and next time i need new appliances, i will be coming back. I was to personally thank everyone at the store involved. After the debacle at Bestbuy, i didn't know what to do with my kitchen. Would i have had to go and do an expensive kitchen remodel? You all saved me from that! You all were awesome! If your looking for great customer service, come here! If you want great appliances in your kitchen, come here! I would also like to add that a but later on came to the store to check it out... was hoping to see what else they sold. My previous experiences with hardware stores has been ACE, Home Depot and Lowe's and quite honestly the size of this store dwarfs all those other stores. Just the lighting section alone is at least twice the size of any Home Depot or Lowe's I have ever been to. Moreover, there is a wider selection of items at a Menar's that just lighting, hardware, lumber, and gardening items. Like in larger hardware stores, you will find a major appliances section. What I never expected to find was a grocery section in a hardware store! It's just huge, each time I have been to Menard's I have discovered a new section of the store I have never been to selling more stuff. Just take a look at the pictures I took to get an idea of what they have. The service is also very good. I was looking for some pegboard hooks and other attachments for the pegboards i had in my garage. After wandering the store for so long I needed a guide. One of the employees told me what aisle they were in and then physically walked me there. Super helpful! Since then I have come here several times to buy things I needed for the house. Definitely glad I took the advice of a handyman I hired and gave this place a try!

Our Lima Lowes is absolutely AWESOME!…read more We have made multiple major purchases here, including a full set of windows on our house (Andy is AWESOME), a full remodel of our kitchen, including appliances, etc etc etc. our last purchase of mulch and yard furniture was delivered by tractor trailer. The service is spot on. We had a minor issue with the grout in the kitchen, had no idea it was covered under warranty, until my wife mentioned her challenge finding the right color with the guys at the store. After that, the repairs were handled, and done in no time. We try to buy local as best we are able, and our Lowes fills the bill every time.

This is not exactly a sexy company, as a manufacturer that is best known for its drip pans and…read morebroiler pans for stoves and ovens. But it is an outstanding company producing well-made products that can improve your quality of life, sold for a reasonable price. I use the drip pans manufactured by Range Kleen, for my gas stove. They have a 1-year guarantee, but they are well made and I think this guarantee is unnecessary...they will last far longer. They save time on cleaning the stove...instead of difficult, time-consuming scrubbing, I can pop the pans out periodically and clean them very quickly, then put them back. They are attractive and make my stove look classier and fancier than it would without the drip pans. Futhermore, these pans are manufactured in the USA. I'm very grateful for this company and its products. It may not be the most high-profile company but I want to share with others that I think this is one company that is doing its part to improve people's quality-of-life by doing honest business, selling high-quality American-made goods at reasonable prices.

Dillin was able to fix our water leak on a Frigidaire refrigerator that another repair service did…read morenot fix for the previous owner at a cost of over $500.00. Dillin diagnosed the problem accurately as a poorly insulated ice maker. He had to make two trips as he needed to order some new parts. As it turned out, the supplier sent the wrong parts but Dillin was able to go ahead and insulate the issue, apparently properly, without using the new parts. He took the time needed to correctly diagnose the problem and did not charge for the wrong parts but effected a solution that solved the problem. He charged less than 1/5 of what the other service charged just to hang parts and depart. Dillin is credit to his profession!

Our refrigerator went out on a Saturday and I called and left a message for A-1 Appliance repair…read more Dylan called me back Monday morning and didn't have an opening till Wednesday. He called later Monday and said he could squeeze us in. He came by and diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes after listening to what I told him and listening to the appliance. He ordered the part and called on Tuesday to repair the fridge. He was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and his services were more that reasonable. I would suggest anyone that has a problem call A-1 Appliance Repair!

The hold music for the company sets up all these things that will happen to make the service smooth, but they didn't actually happen. We paid in full for all parts/service, but it took a month and three service visits and a cancelled appointment to get done. We freaked out about being out a lot of money and never knowing of it would actually get fixed. Lots of trips to the laundromat...hoping that things would be okay and we wouldn't need to dispute the credit card charges. Never again.

She seemed friendly and made conversation by asking where we were from, etc. After a minute or two of conversation, my husband asked if he could please use the restroom. The lady said they did not have a public restroom. There wasn't even a place nearby to go and use the restroom elsewhere. Also, we were the only ones in the store so it's not like anyone else would have overheard. My husband and I own and operate a business ourselves so we fully understand not wanting to maintain and clean bathroom facilities for the public's use. However, after being turned away from using the restroom we decided to leave immediately as we certainly weren't going to shop while needing to use the restroom, much less spend money at a store that didn't grant access to a restroom for people about to spend a nice amount of money at their store. No thanks, we'll go elsewhere. What a shame as I had already seen an item for $22.99 that I was going to purchase for sure and I am certain we would have spent quite a bit more because we were really liking what we were seeing. Perhaps this business needs to rethink their "public restroom policy". Looked like great items and good prices but we don't shop where we aren't treated and respected like human beings. Most businesses want their customers to stay and be comfortable but not this one. Even if the lady would have stated that the restroom was for customers only, I would have told her about the $22.99 item I already knew that I wanted. Oh well, we're off to spend our money somewhere else now.
