Dillin diagnosed the problem accurately as a poorly insulated ice maker. He had to make two trips as he needed to order some new parts. As it turned out, the supplier sent the wrong parts but Dillin was able to go ahead and insulate the issue, apparently properly, without using the new parts. He took the time needed to correctly diagnose the problem and did not charge for the wrong parts but effected a solution that solved the problem. He charged less than 1/5 of what the other service charged just to hang parts and depart. Dillin is credit to his profession!
