Customer service at this store stinks! The furniture is also way overpriced. I had purchased an entry table last year, then found much nicer pieces for half the price elsewhere at other stores. I regretted that purchase.
Recently I purchased more than $80 of their clearance linens. All of them were fine, with the exception of one $5 item, which I had changed my mind about. I brought the item back and asked the owner if I could exchange it for one of the other $5 clearance items. He told me no, that it would take too much time and paperwork to do that. He told me they were losing money on the clearance items and that clearance items were all final sales. There were no other customers in the store, so I don't see how he could have been too busy! The fact is, every time I'd ever visited that store, there were never any other customers! I told him this, and that he's just lost another customer in me! What a lazy owner who would rather lose customers, than to do a little extra paperwork! Wow! Personally, I wouldn't recommend this place. If he's losing money on those things, he should just donate them and take the write-off. He's too lazy to try to sell them and make happy or satisfied customers from the sales. read more
